"Hey, where are you headed?" Mirio puts his head through the door, causing Y/N to drop the clothes in her hands.
"AH! MIRI-oh! I'm going to Neji's, we're having a girl's weekend!" Y/N says, picking up the clothing and continuing to pack.
"Oh, I see. Do you want me to drop you off?" Mirio asks
"Nah, she'll be picking me up, we have to go pick up some stuff at the store too. Thanks for the offer, though!"
"No problem. Let me know when you leave, I'll be in my room" Mirio called out, turning towards the door.
"You better not be ja-" Y/N started
"Y/N SHUT UP I'M NOT-"
"WILL YOU TWO SHUT UP ALREADY?!"

Y/N sits on the living room couch, earbuds in, lisTENING TO YAGAMI YATO (non sammich dw)- when she gets a text
'Smh who dares interrupt my kuroo asmr' she thinks to herself, closing the youtube app and enters the messaging app instead.
'Negi♡: I'm here~'
Y/N types a quick reply as she stands up, grabbing her travel bag.
"I'm heading out now, bye y'all" Y/N calls out
Silence.
'Wow fam disappointed smh' Y/N mumbles to herself as she exits the house, going to Nejire's car.
"Heya! Hop in!" Nejire calls out through the lowered window. Y/N opens the passenger door and places her bag on the ground before sitting down.
"Are you ready for girl's weekend?~" Nejire asks, starting the car.
"Hell yeah I am. I've been needing this break" Y/N sighs, leaning back against the seat.
Her brain began swarming, flashbacks to a recent event involving her indigo haired best friend. As much as she'd deny it and prevent it, her thoughts went back to that night a lot. The softness of his pink lips, the warmth of his cheeks when she held them in her hands, the way she was held in his arms. She thought about the way he whispered her name softly yet passionately. Just how right, despite how wrong she knew it was. Like it was real, almost. But there was a fine line between reality and fantasy. In reality, they were best friends-not just that, even, but he had a girlfriend. In a relationship. Taken. Off the market.
Nejire broke Y/N out of this trance
"Yeah, with the whole hospital incident and work, I'd imagine it'd get pretty stressful... sorry I couldn't be there, by the way. There was this whole thing with my hero agency, and-" She began
"Nono, it's okay! I get that! You didn't do anything wrong! It's not your fault for that, you don't need to apologize." Y/N gave her a smile, which she returned with a nod in thanks.
"Back to tonight, that's what this is for! To get away from it all!" Nejire exclaimed
"You're right, Nejire" Y/N smiles
'No more thinking about Tamaki, Y/N. No more' Y/N thought
a/n: who thinks she ain't ever gonna stop thinkin about him (biiiitch)? I included a clarification for why Neji wasn't at the hospital (in reality i just forgot to include her and i didn't feel like fixing it lol)
