Past (1995)
After a few minutes, Remus, Mr. Weasley and the present Harry finally came down the kitchen.
"I see Sirius finally calmed down, Dad." said Albus.
"Yeah, he had to throw up in the bathroom first." said Harry, cringing.
The cousins laughed at this.
"Ah," Remus sighed. "The good old days back at Hogwarts. When we four would head to the Three Broomsticks, and Sirius would get drunk with ten bottles of firewhsikey. And we'd have to carry him all back to the dormitory."
James's face suddenly brightened up, and took out something from his pocket and gave it to Remus. The lycanthrope clasped his hand on his mouth as he began to sob.
"Remus, what's wrong?" Tonks asked, trying to comfort him, along with Teddy.
Remus then showed the picture to everyone, which also shattered their hearts. It was an old photograph dating around 1977, with him, James, Sirius, Lily and Peter in the Three Broomsticks during their final year at Hogwarts.
The older Harry reached for the picture, and seemed to cry as well as he saw it and passed it to the others.
"Where'd you get that from?" Harry said hoarsely to his eldest son.
"Well, remember when we visited Godric's Hallow five years ago? I happened to stumble across grandpa and grandmum's room and found it in their drawers and I have kept it with me ever since." James explained.
Remus smiled at this and said. "I'll head upstairs, I'm feeling tired. James, would you mind if I could a get a hold of that picture?"
"Not at all Remus." James smiled, lending the picture.
As Remus retreated upstairs, everyone exchanged sad looks. "Poor Remus," Mrs. Weasley uttered. "So melancholic and lonely after James and Lily died. Will there ever be hope for him?"
Mrs. Weasley then glanced towards the younger Harry, as she thought she might have offended him.
"I'm sure he will Molly." said Mr. Weasley.
"Hello?" said Draco, ruining the moment. "I thought we were going home!"
"Oh yes." said Hermione, chuckling.
Hermione then retrieved the time turner from her pocket, as the five adults gathered around her and wrapped the necklace around their necks securely once again.
"Son," said Astoria. "Are you coming?"
"I'm staying here mother, I'm sorry." said Scorpius sheepishly.
"Let him be darling." Draco told his wife.
Hermione turned the hour glass once again and with a whirl, all of them vanished. Luckily, nobody was left behind this time.
"Would somebody mind to help me here with the dishes?" said Mrs. Weasley, bringing the untensils to the sink.
"I'll help you Grandma!" Lily exclaimed, followed by Ginny.
"As for me, I'm heading to the library." said Hermione; Ron and Harry rolled their eyes at this and snickered, but Hermione gave them a reproachful glare at this which seemed to frighten them.
A few hours later...
Remus was all alone in the kitchen, still looking at the picture as tears trickled on his scarred face.
He remembered every moment he had with his friends. The times where they would pull pranks on other students, but he often failed to stop them. The times when they accomapanied him during his transformations as unregistered animagi in the Shrieking Shack. The times when they were on a mission in the Order and fight Death Eaters and Voldemort.
