(Y/n) was a new jonin of the hidden leaf, she was from the hidden sand but moved to the hidden leaf for a change of pace. In order to help her get used to the area lady Tsunade had it arranged for her to shadow Kakashi for a month or two, she'd be like an assistant Sensei. She'd also be staying with him until her apartment was ready, she didn't really mind. Though she had gotten a little bored, she got there right after a mission so the team had some downtime and were doing nothing but their daily training and really low level missions. Kakashi had spent most his time reading, he was polite and they did talk though they never really spoke about anything specific. He never made her feel uncomfortable, she just wished to know more about him. So she had an idea. It was late in the day and the two had just finished dinner, the weather had been amazing so the windows were open and the air felt great. (Y/n) sat on the couch as Kakashi dissapeared into his room, she was in some shorts and a tanktop since the weather was good for it.

Taking a breath she went to the fridge and got a bottle of sake, she bad picked it up earlier in the day. She went ahead and took a few sips, the man made her stomach flip and she needed just a little help to keep her confidence. The (H/c) haired girl made her way down the hall to his room, she knocked on the door and waited but didn't hear anything. At least until... "(Y/n)?" The girl turned to face the slightly older male, surprised to see him wet with nothing but a towel around his waist. He didn't even have his mask on, something that caught her off gaurd. When she realized she had been staring her face had gone a deep red, making her turn away quickly in embarrassment and stumble for words. He smiled when he saw her get flustered, she had been there a week and he quite liked having her around. "I was wondering if you wanted to have a drink with me!" She had finally gotten the sentence out, making him chuckle as he noticed the bottle in hand. "Sure, let me get dressed real quick." While he went in his room (Y/n) rushed to the living room, struggling to douse the flames set within her cheeks.

Sure she had seen a man shirtless before, but Kakashi wasn't just any man. He was so breathtaking she still struggled to calm her racing heartbeat, she hadn't felt like this since she was a genin. She took a slow and deep breath, staying her heart and calming down. She had only known him a week, she didn't want to be weird about this. After all she was a guest in his home, hell she was virtually a stranger to him. "Hey, hope I didn't keep you waiting." Kakashi approached her, he had on some pants now and a muscle shirt. But he still didn't have his mask on, making it hard for her to look away from him. "It's fine, here why don't you have a drink. Hope you don't mind I took the first." He had chuckled as he sat beside her, the lamp was on nearby and provided a dim light for them to see. As amazing as he looked to her, she had no clue his eyes couldn't leave her either. Even though she was in her lazy day outfit she was still cute to him, he didn't know why but she interested him.

"I don't mind, I'm just glad you're sharing." He chuckled and accepted the bottle, taking a slow drink. (Y/n) watched him and a soft smile came to her face, he was so calm that even she couldn't help but to relax. That night was filled laughs and stories, the two growing closer (litteraly and figuratively) the deeper into the bottle they got. The night had been a fun one, the two goofing around a little. By early afternoon (Y/n) woke up laying on her side in bed, opening her eyes she found not only did she have a hang over. But she was in Kakashi's bed, his arms around her waist. To her relief they were both completely dressed, she was a bit embarrassed about being cuddled but she enjoyed it. His warmth soothed her headache, helping her relax as she closed her eyes and grew close to sleeping again. "I hope you don't mind, we dozed off on the living room floor and I didn't want to leave you there." His voice was gravelly and tired, it was clear he didn't plan to get up either as he simply tightened his grip. This made her smile, rolling over she snuggled into his chest. If need be she would blame the alcohol, but right now she just wanted to sleep. "I don't mind..."

He chuckled to her response, the two falling into sleep once more. She was glad she came to the hidden leaf, she had no intentions of leaving. To call this place home was an honor, she hoped that she may be able to call this place in his arms home as well one day.
