"Impossible" Adiane says

"She says she's princess Nia" one of her underlings says

"Oh don't be an idiot" Adiane sneers, "A princess would never leave the capital and go wondering around outside"

"But  ma'am, she looks exactly like the princess" he notices

"You think so? Well in that case we'll just have to kill her and pretend we never saw her" Adiane says

"General Adiane please! Watch what you say" the underling says, "All our transmissions are being recorded"

Adiane then realizes her blunder and turns her back to us

"Did she really stop her from attacking us" Leeron asks

"Let's get one thing straight you stinking humans, I am not retreating. I'll be back got it" Adiane says

And as quickly as she appeared, Adiane vanished

"What's a princess?" Simon asks

"It's what you call the daughter of a king" I explain

"Man this is unbelievable. He brought the daughter of the guy we're fighting on board" Zorthy remarks

"What's the plan Kittan?" Kid asks

"Yeah what's the plan" Jorgun asks

"Tell is the plan" Balinbow says

"Whatever the case, we interrogate her in the morning" Kittan responds clenching his fists, "I'll make her tell us everything she knows"

"Adiane the Elegant fled in the face of the enemy" I say, "What manner of joke is this supposed to be"

"Sire. The dastardly enemy had captured Princess Nia and were holding her hostage" Adiane says

"You fool" I say, "I have long cast that girl out. I don't care what happens to her"

"You cast her out?" Adiane asks, "But sire I had no way of knowing that during my confrontation since I was never informed of this"

"You dare use your lack of knowledge to excuse your failure" I ask

"No sire" she responds

"You made the grave mistake of fleeing from the enemy because of a girl who is no longer a princess" I say, "Oh the absurdity of it all"

"Sire please, you must give me, Adiane the Elegant, another chance" she begs

"You dare tell me what I must do?" I ask

"I wouldn't dream of it sire" she responds

"What is it then?" I ask

"To prove my loyalty, I shall set out alone in my Sayrune" she pleas, "I will kill all the humans as well as Nia, I will reclaim Dai Gunzan and I will do it all before sunset tomorrow"

"Very well, but know that you will not receive a second chance" I say, "Now go"

Viral POV

Following the battle alongside Thymilph, I returned to the capital in search of another opportunity to kill Kamina

"General Adiane" I say as she walks past

"Ah Viral" she responds, "I was under the impression you were badly injured"

"No ma'am I will be returning to my home unit tomorrow" I respond, "Failing to protect Thymilph was the greatest failure of my life. That being said I would like to ask a favor of-"
