Personal Routine

Everyone has a different routine when it comes to shifting. My routine usually starts off with me having a shower before I attempt to shift. I always make sure to be refreshed and clean, it helps me keep a clear mind.

I make sure my bed doesn't have any loose blankets or pillows laying around. I like to keep my bed nice and clear with 2 pillows and 1 blanket, which leaves me enough room to stretch out and get comfortable. 

And this is literally all I do, nothing special. I then choose my shifting method and begin shifting.
