You've probably seen lots of videos on tiktok or some other platforms claiming that it is safe to shift during a New Moon, NEWS FLASH that's a big no no! Although the New Moon represents new beginnings and starting over it does have some nasty truths behind it. I have talked about why New Moons are bad and not worth trying to shift on in some of my previous chapters but I decided to make a chapter JUST for this topic as some of you are just getting a little confused :)
New moon is all dark no light:
Energy in the air needs my be positive and high but since there is no natural moon light to start that your chances at shifting are most likely to be below 2%
Refresh:
A New Moon lets the spirit and soul of you refresh and just take a break, so if you do try to shift it's like your unplugging your phone at 5% and then try to use it throughout the day.
The Full Moon kept me up all night, the New Moon made me sleep like a baby:
If you have ever head this saying it's because it's actually true! Moonlight and sunlight affects our everyday lives, and because of the Full Moons bright lights and vibrations it charges our body to our fullest intentions, sleeping like a baby during a New Moon is because it's vibrations and light reflections are so weak your body can't to anything with it expect sit there and wait for light.
Christian Beliefs:
For those of you that don't know anything about Christianity or anything to do with the Bible, I'll just fill you in a little here.
The new moon represents Lilith.
Lilith had the power to transform into any woman's body and face, seduce and use her husband, and conceive a child together. Lilith would eventually become hateful towards her children born with the husband and would seek to kill them.
So this moon represents Lilith herself. (And no she cannot come back and like haunt you or get into your shifting state if your scared of that).
This is just a little side not:
It is completely safe to shift during a new moon, my idea here was NOT to scare any of you! I was just giving you reasons on why your chances of shifting during a New Moon are extremely low (lowest part of a moon cycle).

And if you don't agree and are against my reasons and still think that you are the one who is right about shifting during a new moon even when I have done over 14 hours of research, I'm going to ask you to get off my book😊
Here's another side note:
If I see any type of fighting or arguing in the comments I will attend to them and review them and eventually place a warning to STOP, if that doesn't work I can happily report and block you cause I don't need that type of stuff on my book/page 😉
