Bit by bit

I just realized how I'm being a little too hard on myself; being an overly optimistic overachiever :'DDD

I always wanted to write a full blown story because, as I mentioned kinda frequently or something, I have a wild mind XD The little things can inspire me and although it starts simple, if you dive deeper and explore more of the idea, it becomes more complex and beautiful.

But the bars toward that goal and the end of the ladder keeps making the bars going higher and higher until I could barely reach it :'))) It's there, but too much for me to handle because I didn't notice how many bars I skip to get to that point I wanted.

I just realized how I was still unprepared for that in a way to have a proper schedule to manage, or maintain the motivation to focus on said story.

I say this because I actually am having a hard time writing full stories like novels because a single chapter takes too long to finish for me. And not only that, the more I procastinate or leave it unfinish, the more I start if I'll EVER finish a story that has 20+ chapters!

So because of that realization I decided to make some self-training schedule for myself. Something called a "1 chapter book increase a day" Because I'm lame at titles :'DDD

Basically, imma go write short stories! I realized that I'm more motivated to finish them because they're like... 1 or few chapters. The plot is simple and not too hard for me to stress out in. I don't have to worry taking too long finish it because sooner or later I KNOW I can finish it somehow! So with that in mind, here's how it works:

Basically in every short story I manage to finish, say, a 2 chapter short story book, if I managed to finish that, the next project would be a 3 chapter book! And the chapters will keep increasing in every book I manage to finish and close! It'll be a lot easier to handle and think about, and also lessens my worries and insecurites :'00 It might even help me achieve that 20 chapter full blown story, so until I could manage to reach that level, I could probably feel a little or a lot more confident in writing long stories!

But I also know I have limits; I'm still a young teen and human so I may not be able to reach that level :'))) But if that ever happens maybe I can make another training for myself so I can boost and improve myself! >:O

Oh, and you can use this training too! If you're having a hard time writing long stories, maybe practice this first so you can manage and feel more confident that you CAN finish a story! Just start at a number of chapters that you're certain to finish, and raise it to challenge yourself! It might help you as a writer ;00

BTW, I'm not exactly still at rest from writing. Granted, I'm having progress on In Hiding (Yes I am still adamant in writing  and finishing it as well), all the while creating these short stories so I don't feel a bit tedious writing the same theme and concept all over again XD I'm just not publishing anything right cuz I wanna get a head start!

This is a new writing rule for me: finish book first, then publish. Yeah, it may seem like you're dead depending on how long you take to finish it, but once you DO finish it, you have no problem publishing a chapter a day. It's assuring to know you won't be disappointing your readers because of the long wait for me, so I wanna write ahead and finish everything fairly ;0 Not only that, you can also tease readers by publishing once a week and make them beg for more HAHAHA XDDD Ahh writers, we love to torture the characters, but mostly our dear readers—

But enough about that. Hope you enjoy if you actually consider using the self-training program or something XD And I'd prefer some credit if you do use it, it's a fair exchange for free use of my idea :> And yes, it's to remind everyone else again that I am not a dead writer XD but nonetheless, just have fun!
