this is it.
i'm finally going home.
those horrid three years have finally come to and end, and i can't wait to leave this all behind.
well, not all of it.
chase and lefty are coming with me.
and so is the group..
but i mean the bad things.
it's all staying behind.
blake, jaden's death, being raped..
its all in the past.
griffin got over his addiction.
josh is not keeping secrets from anyone anymore, and he's letting people in much more.
bryce has learned to keep his business in good terms.
anthony won his battle with depression.
chase has such a better hold on his temper.

jaden would be so proud of all of us right now.
the bus quickly pulled up to my house.
chase got up as lefty shifted in his sweater.
we both walked to the door looking back at everyone.
"noen?" chase said.
"chase?" i said.
we both faced forward toward the entire bus.
we flipped our middle fingers with a smile.
"goodbye." he said.
"and fuck you, stupid reformatory academy." i said.
we laughed as everyone rolled their eyes.
we got off the bus and headed to my front door.
i took a deep breath.
"ready?" chase asked.
"nope." i said.
i looked down and noticed the mat on the cement was different.
'hm. mom and dad got a new mat.' i thought.
i quickly went under it to see the key was gone.
"what the-" i mumbled.
i quickly rung the doorbell playing with the rim of my skirt.
when the door opened, a shorter woman opened it.
she wasn't my mother, she was dark skinned and had big curly hair.
she was so cute, i wanted to squeeze her hehe..
"hello!" she said, with a beaming smile.
"hi there! do you happen to know the eubanks family?" i asked.
"i'm sorry, they moved out months ago. is their anyway i can help you get in touch with them?" she asked.
they moved out?
no.
they-
they abandoned me?
my heart shatter into a million piece.
i immediately started to cry, wiping the tears from my face with my sleeves.
"n-no.. their m-my parents.. wh-why would they l-leave me here?" i said.
chase sighed and hugged my waist from behind, leaving small kissing on my cheek.
"shhh, it's okay... it'll all be okay babyboy.. we're gonna find them." he cooed.
"no, i don't want to find them. they left me here." i said.
"that's terrible!" the women said. "you don't worry honey, come in." she said.
she quickly let chase and i in, letting us sit on her sofa.
"i'm karina, but you can call me miss kay. now tell me, was this your house before you parents left?" she asked, sitting down next to us.
i nodded.
"they sent me to a reformatory school three years ago because i'm gay, and now their gone." i said.
"it's hard to not believe you, it was pretty suspicious how they threw away so much stuff. i know this is your childhood home so the last thing i would want to do is kick you from it. if you'd like you can stay with me and my son? he could use a friend." miss kay smiled.
"yes! thank you!" i said.
"don't worry about it, anything to help someone in need." she said.
and from that day on, miss kay and her son marcus were family.
she excepted chase and i almost immediately and was so loving to both of us.
not to mention he got along with marcus pretty well.
at the end of the day, i'm pretty glad my mom and dad left.
now i have a great mother figure, and the little brother i always wanted.
not to mention she loved the crew, and abby and charlotte were her go to daughter in laws.
i can't say i'd want things any other way.
i have a family.
a boyfriend.
a son of another species.
but most importantly i found myself.
i found my happiness.
and that is something i'll never let go.

i've said this a million times already, but i love you guys so much.
this book has to be one of my favorite books yet and i have to say i'm so freaking grateful for you guys.
