I'm a high school student, I grew up never knowing my parents which means I spent my whole life in hell--- I mean orphanage. I was raised by the nuns, but surprisingly, I didn't end up all angelic and wise, DEFINITELY not, I became the total opposite. I'm the mischievous troubled little girl, who's got nothing to do than give everyone a daily dose of headache, and start the future world war 3. Yes, that's me
Here's a little backstory of my days in the orphanage
*11 years ago at Heaven's Garden Orphanage*
"Everybody up!" An ear piercing nun called out from the hallway ringing a bell as she walks
I groaned, I'm still sleepy at that time. I regretted staying up every night til midnight. I always climb up the roof and star gaze every single night, I didn't fear of falling to my death since I'm very careful (sometimes) and I know that no one's gonna miss me
They literally want me gone in the orphanage but bad for them no couple wants me. I got adopted and "WELCOMED" one time but they returned me back the orphanage soon after I mixed their ice cream with their dog's shit
Anyways, the door opened revealing another nun "Children get ready for supper, I want to see everyone on the dining table in 20 minutes!!" She shut the door and walked out. The other children with me inside the room woke up immediately, sleepy as we are it's better this way than being punished
"Y/N, get up already we don't want the nuns to be angry with us again" my friend Arielle shook me repeatedly to wake me up. We both arrived at the orphanage at the same time, I call us twins even though she's my total opposite, but we became best of friends. What can I say? Even though we're different, we get along well
Opposites attract don't they?
"Especially what happened last time on breakfast" Ollie's british accent was very soothing in the ear, I love it when he speaks back then
"Yeah Y/N got all of us blamed for her actions" Adam added
"Putting a mice on Sister Catherine's clothes was just a harmless prank" I got up stretching my arms, fully awake this time
"How is that harmless?" Ollie asked me
"Did anyone died?" I said
"No"
"Did anyone received a scratch?"
"No"
"Did the mice even did anything to anyone?"
"Other than scaring Sister Catherine's soul out of her body then no"
"So technically it's all harmless" I smiled at him showing my teeth proudly. Even if I'm just a child I know my ways to loop around some stuff
After a few minutes of getting change I pulled out a box from under my bed. It's full of soil and rocks, no worms unfortunately...... oh wait there's one, no ,three
"Y/N what's that?" I looked up seeing Arielle eyeing the box I was holding
" Nothing. Hey, we're having cake today right?" I asked her
"Yes, it's the 57th anniversary of the orphanage. Don't tell me you're replacing the cake with dirt!" She crossed her arms
"No I'm not. That will take too long, you know I won't harm other children. The nuns are the only one making everything bad" I said
"Please stop getting into trouble Y/N, you know it's gonna end bad for you. Besides, you don't want to know what's in those woods are you?" She pointed at the woods just beside the orphanage. It was dark, barely any sun light shined between the leaves, it creeps me out just by getting a glimpse of it
"A lot of children had been there and all returned traumatized and went crazy, that's where all the rumors started and it spread through out the orphanage. I still don't understand what causes it. But it's really creepy"
"I wanna know what's really in there Ari, I'm scared too but don't you think that it'll be a great adventure finding out what's in those trees?" I said brightly to her
"Don't get to curious about it, I'm just scared for you Y/N. What if the nuns decided to put you there for your next punishment?"
"Don't be such a baby, after a ton of mischief I've done I only ended up locked in the cabinet and wait for 3 hours" I rolled my eyes and went outside along with the box
This next trick will be one of my favourite. I just hope I won't end up in the woods, I'm still scared of what could be in there. I shrugged off the thoughts and focus on my plan
Curious as I could be, I need to be careful and stay out of those group of trees. I don't want to see what other children saw...... I don't want to see ghosts..... I don't want to see monsters......
