Caspers POV
I looked round the room not recognising anyone, everyone kinda looks at me and this one girl makes this funny looking shape with her lips and she sticks out what I would call a flat chest
Then I see her,
That stunning girl from the bus this morning, her black hair falls down over her left eye and she waits a second before tucking it behind her ear, I look over to the teacher and say
"I know her, she gets my buss"
She looks up at me with a glimmer in her eye, excitement flooding into her. As the teacher pushes me over to the seat beside her I smile and she looks at the floor,
"I just wanted a friendly face to sit beside" I whisper
She just looks at me unable to speak, she seems stunned even...
"It's hard moving across the world" I try to pick up conversation she really is beautiful, like a goddess, but all she replies with is
"Yea..." It's only a whisper, I barely heard her.
The teacher who everyone called Mrs M for some reason calls out the notices I wasn't really listening, all I could think of was she was in my class and I had a chance, she must live close by if she gets the same bus as me.
The bell rings and everyone gets up to go to there next classes, I turn to Jess
"Would you mind showing me were the next class is, please?" I ask, I hope she will...
"Sure, it's science first, eh we have some teacher called Dr Smith, don't know if it's a "he" or a "she" ... anyway let's go, science is on the other side of the school"
Just hearing her voice and watching her black lips move to each word is glorious.
Jess's POV
I take Casper to science, trying not to look at him so much, I feel his gaze on me watching every movement and every step I take.
Why is he so interested in watching me??? We arrive at science and are greeted by a jolly man who I believe is Mr Smith.
"Right everyone choose someone to sit beside" Mr Smith smiles "they will be your lab partner for all your partner work and projects"
I feel Casper touch my shoulder, I turn around...
