Finn's driving

Nobody's POV:

"Are you guys sure that we want Finn to drive us there?" Kenzie asked skeptically.

It was a sunny afternoon and A troupe were meeting up at the studio to go to the pier. In the mad rush of planning and preparing for this short notice road trip, no one had their driving licenses on them, except Finn, thanks to the constant reminders from Piper.

"Well I'm the only one who was smart enough to bring their driving license, so..." Finn said smugly, showing it off to everyone in studio A.

"We all know that if it wasn't for Piper, you wouldn't have brought it." Amy stated, as Finn gave her a bored look.

"Why didn't you bring your one, Piper?" Richelle whined to Piper. "I have my driving test in two weeks, so I don't have one yet. Why didn't you bring your one?" Piper replied, mocking Richelle, as she glared back.

"Okay, okay. We haven't actually seen Finn drive, so maybe it'll be better than we think." Ozzy said, trying to be optimistic, but everyone just groaned, as Finn ecstaticically collected the minivan keys from a doubtful Emily. "Just... just be careful, okay?" She said to Finn, as he nodded his head and saluted her, army style.

"Finn, don't make me regret asking you to take your license with you." Piper said in a warning tone, with the ghost of a smile on her lips. But Finn just gave her an exaggerated wink and laughed. "No, no, no! Emily, Nick! Why can't one of you drive us?!" Lily whined desperately.

"Sorry guys, but Nick and I are really busy and this trip was last minute so who's gonna take care of b-troupe, j-troupe and the baby ballet class that's taking place in 3 hours?" Emily asked, crossing her arms and raising an eyebrow, as A troupe grumbled and groaned, apart from Finn who couldn't wait to get driving. "And I didn't ask you guys to forget your licenses at home while you were scrambling to get ready. This'll teach you guys to plan trips more responsibly." She said, smirking a bit.

"Yup! And Finn, try not to kill them. Alright, have fun guys! Bye!" Nick said, herding A troupe out of the door, ignoring their protests.

Once outside, Finn unlocked the door and everyone got in. "Buckle up guys, you're in for a ride!" He said, doing up his seatbelt. "Please God, don't let us die." Piper whispered. Suddenly, Finn started up the engine and zoomed off, not even knowing where he was going.

"Finn, slow down!" Summer screeched in fear, but Finn just kept driving. Soon he hit traffic but he didn't care, he just swerved in between cars and people, ignoring the beep of their horns. "Aaaahh! You're gonna kill us!" Amy screamed.

"Stop crying, we'll be fine, trust me." Finn said, seeing no problem in his speeding. "Oh my God, there's a cop car over there! We can't get arrested!" Piper yelled out as everyone in the van started yelling and screaming.

"Bro, I'm too young to die!" Kingston shouted, he and Lily hanging onto each other for dear life. "Um, we all are too young to die!" Richelle yelled, gripping onto Ozzy. Suddenly loud sirens were heard, as Finn looked into the rearview mirror to see a cop car chasing them.

"Oops, looks like the police are after us. Sorry guys but I'm gonna have to speed up to lose the cops." Finn said, as if he wasn't already going an 80 in a 50 zone. "Oops? OOPS?! I refuse to get arrested, so you better find a way out of this!" Piper screamed, hanging onto the door handle as Amy clung onto her and Henry onto Amy.

As if the van wasn't going fast enough, Finn accelerated, making it whizz along, the police sirens slowly fading. "This is it guys, we're gonna die!" Heath cried out.

"Okay, okay, guys, we've gotta confess before we die! I'm sorry but Lily, last Tuesday, I accidently broke your suede heels!" Summer yelled out in confession. "You WHAT?!" Lily screamed. "Well, since we're about to die, I forgive you. Kenzie, I'm sorry that I ate all your leftovers yesterday!" She shouted out.

"It's whatever but I'm sorry Summer that I made a scratch on your Stacy Carpenter award!" Kenzie yelled. "I'm sorry Henry that I drank your smoothie that you were saving for when we came back!" Kingston confessed. "I'm sorry that I beat level 36 in Legions of Lasers and I didn't help you guys!" Ozzy said.

"Piper, I finished the batch of cupcakes that you made yesterday. I'm not sorry, they were really good. But I thought you should know!" Richelle shouted to Piper.

"What?! I blamed James for that! Well I'm sorry Amy but I didn't like your coconut cream pie!" Piper shouted. "It's okay, I know you hate anything with coconut in it! I'm sorry Heath but I broke your controller when me and Izzy were doing parkour!" Amy yelled, as Heath shouted his confessions.

Everyone was shouting out their confessions incase they did die, squeezing their eyes closed and bracing for impact. "Well guys, I'm sorry for speeding but on the bright side we're here!" Finn said as they all gasped and opened their eyes.

Indeed they were in the carpark of the pier; sighing in relief, A troupe got out of the van. "Ugh, land!" Piper shouted, falling to her knees on the ground. "Oh my, I can't see straight!" Kingston said, stumbling before balancing himself using the van. "I shouldn't have eaten that burrito before we left!" Ozzy called out before puking into the nearest trashcan.

"You! Are not driving us back again!" Kenzie screamed at Finn, placing one hand on her knee and the other on her chest. "Kinda have to. I'm the only one with the license." Finn said, excited at the thought of driving back. "How did you even pass?" Henry mumbled, leaning on Amy, with his eyes closed.

"Oh well, let's go!" Finn said, holding Piper's hand and leading them to the check in of the pier, A troupe groaning all the way there as he laughed.

After a fun day, they all headed back, sighing as they remembered that Finn had to drive them back again. It was just as bad on the way home as it was on the journey to the pier, Finn kept going fast, ignoring the screams, protests and confessions of A troupe.

He ended up getting a ticket but A troupe being A troupe, they all helped him pay it off. When they paid off the speeding ticket, A troupe got off the minivan and ran into studio A, crashing onto the cold, cool floor.

"So! How was your unplanned, unorganised, short notice trip?" Emily asked with a smile on her face, at the dancers groaning on the floor. "The trip was great." Piper mumbled. "It's Finn's driving that sucked!" Amy said, finishing off Piper's sentence. Emily laughed and high fived Finn.

"I hope that's a lesson learnt for you all." Emily said, smirking. "Yes, never leave home without your license." Kingston said, half asleep. "And always plan your trips properly." Lily said tiredly, with her eyes closed on Kingston's chest.

"Finn, since you've got your licence on you, can you take me and Nick to the grocery store, we should get these guys a snack and you're the only one not on the floor groaning." Emily asked, as Nick put on his jacket, smiling.

"Sure thing, but you guys better buckle up, 'cus you'll be in for a ride!" Finn replied smiling, yet hoping that this time he wouldn't get a ticket.

Emily rolled her eyes and Nick laughed, as A troupe smirked, knowing what Emily and Nick were in for.

Let's just say that when they got back, Finn and Nick were carrying bags of snacks and drinks and Emily was screaming her head off at Finn and his reckless driving.

She went on and on about how she could've died and how they could've gotten arrested as he and A troupe just laughed.

Lesson learnt indeed. Never let Finn drive.
