The group made it to the winter dance. The gym was decorated in white, silver, blue balloons, and streamers. Katara and Aang were on the dance floor having a blast, Zuko and Mai were sharing a cup of "Punch" together while sitting at a table. Suki wanted Sokka to dance with her but he wasn't in the mood, Sokka wanted to talk to Toph and wanted her to listen to him. But she was too stubborn to listen to what Sokka had to say to her, Toph and her date Landon walked around the gym trying to get to know each other more, Sokka was very jealous of Landon and kept his eye on Toph. Suki noticed that and got upset.
