HEY TSUKKIDUDE!
"What are we gonna do ladies!?" Yui, your team captain, yelled. "WIN!" The girls chanted back as they changed into their uniforms in the girl locker rooms.
"Y/n, Ke komo nei ʻoe i kou lauoho i lalo?" BB asked as she pulled up her volleyball shorts.
*Translation: Y/n, you're wearing your hair down?"
"'Ae. E paʻakikī lākou e ʻike i koʻu mau maka."
*Translation: Yes. It'll be harder to see my eyes."
"I'm gonna have to start learning Hawaiian." Rin giggled.
"Sorry. BB asked why I was wearing my hair down, and I said it'll be harder for the boys to see my eyes." You explained.
"Your eyes?" Sara questioned.
"Mhm. With my hair in the way, they can't clearly tell where I'm read blocking, or tell where I want to spike a ball."
"Wow y/n! Smart idea!" Misaki applauded.

You and the girls walked into the gym, the boys already warming up. You turned to your left to see your good friend, Yachi.
"Hey Yachi." You smiled as you walked up to her. She looked up from her clipboard. "Hey y/n! Are you excited?"
"Mhm. I've always wanted to play against the guys. Especially since we've improved a lot."
"You guys are gonna do great! I can't wait to see all the things you've been working on!" Yachi beamed.
You and Yachi have been friends since middle school, and happened to both be at the same high school. Though she's in class 1-5, the two of you were always studying after school at her house. Thanks to Yachi, you know a bit about each boy, like their play styles and personalities.
"HEY TSUKKIDUDE! HINATA, MY MAN!" A loud boy shouted as he entered the gym. You and the girls turned your attention to him. It was a gray and black haired boy, accompanied with 3 other boys.
"No way! That's Fukorodani's ace and setter!" Sara fangirled. "And Nekoma's middle blocker and setter!" BB smiled. "What are they doing here?!"
"What the hell are you guys doing here." Tsukishima hissed as Bokuto pulled him into a choke hold, rubbing his knuckles into Tsukishima's head.
"Be more excited to see us, skinny jeans! Your captain told us about your co-ed rivalry and we wanted to check it out!" Kurro smirked.
"I was forced to come here." Kenma mumbled.
"Kenma!" Hinata ran up to him excitedly. "I found the girl version of you!"
Kenma cocked his head. "...What?"
"That girl over there!" Hinata pointed to you from across the gym. "She likes video games too!"
"Oh, that's cool-"
"YYYYY/NNNNN! THIS IS THE KENMA I WAS TALKING ABOUT!" Hinata shouted, making Kenma jump.
You turned around to see him, accompanied by a boy with blonde hair and brown roots. You gave a tiny wave. The boy quickly looked in the other direction, before waving back.
Kayla slapped your forearm. "Stop being friends with our enemies!" She hissed.
"Come on, Bokuto, let's go watch from the top." Akaashi muttered. "Play well." Kuroo smirked, shaking hands with Daichi.
"Oh, we will."

After about 10 minutes of warming up, your team and the boys team lined up in front of each other, the net separated you.
"The girls and I have been talking." Yui started. "And we want this game to have a reward."
"Reward?"
"If we win, you owe us a pizza party!"
"Seriously? A pizza party? What are we, in the 3rd grade?" Tsukishima sassed. BB and Kayla growled.
"Afraid you're gonna lose?" You asked. They all turned to you surprised. It wasn't often that you trash talked people.
"Of course not." Tsukishima gritted through his teeth.
"Alright then...if we win, you treat us to a grill and bar!" Daichi beamed. "Grill and bars are expensive!" Sara whined.
"Afraid you'll lose?" The boys coyed in unison. The girls groaned, turning to you. "They turned your own words onto us, y/n!" BB mumbled.
"Sorry." You shrugged.
