You slammed your hand firmly into the ball. It landed down the line on the opposite side of the court. The whistle blew.
"YEAHHHHH!!" BB and Misaki jumped up and down. You let out a sigh of relief. "Thank god." You muttered.
"Y/n."
You turned to Kenma. "Do you trust me?"
You you stared at him for a moment before nodding. "Let's do this."

Misaki served the ball over the net, it floating to the corner of the court.
"Got it!" Daichi shouted, bumping the ball forward. Kageyama got into position, ready to set. Hinata spiked the ball, but Misaki quickly retrieved it.
Kenma readied his hands. You sped from one side of the court to Kenma's side. You jumped off the balls of your feet as high as you could, glueing your eyes shut.

You swung your arm, the ball landing perfectly in your hand. The gym fell silent as the sound of the ball hitting the court filled the room.
Ukai blew one short whistle, followed by one long blow.
"...YEAHHH!!!" The girls jumped up excitedly. You fell to your knees. "That was so stressful." You muttered.
Kenma bent down to your side, holding up his fist. You chuckled, giving him a fist bump. "Thanks for trusting me." He blushed.

After changing into your normal clothes, you and the girls walked out of the dressing rooms to be met with the boys.
"Awesome job, y/n!" Kuroo high fived you. "Thank you." You bowed.
"That was the most fun I've had watching a match in a while!" Bokuto cooed.
"Great job." Akaashi congratulated you guys.
Kayla turned to the Karasuno boys. "How does it feel to lose, Tobio Kageyama?"

"SHUT UP KAGEYAMA!" She snarled.
"You owe us our reward!" BB eyed Tsukishima.
"Yeah, we deserve our pizza party!" Yui cheered. Daichi sighed. "Alright. This friday, after school, we'll treat you guys to Kato's Pizzeria."
"Yay!" The girls cheered. You smiled, happy that this stupid rivalry was hopefully coming to an end.
You felt your phone buzz. You took it out to see a text message from your mom.

"Bye...Thanks again Kenma." You smiled. Kenma hid behind his hair before waving goodbye. Suga walked up to your side as you walked towards your house.
"I'm proud of you, Y/n. You surprised all of us." He wrapped his arm around your neck, digging his knuckles into your head. You chuckled. "You were good too. You annoyed the hell out of all of us with your lame tricks."
"That's what I'm there for!" He smiled. "You're gonna make it big one day."
"...I hope so." You smiled, looking down at the ground.
