Chapter 50: Battle with Sin, Part 2
(A.K.A. Another big throwdown)
Hidden Palace Zone, Exetior Dimension
It was Giant Karson against Giant Sin.
"Well, it's a bit cramped in this old temple. Let's take this out in a more open space, shall we?"
Sin snapped his fingers and the two giants vanished, leaving Sarah and the others behind.
"Where did they go?" Precious asked.
"No clue. Hopefully Karson can handle him. Sarah said.
Spring Yard Zone, Exetior Dimension
"Well, how's this?" Sin said.
"How many times do you have to say well?" Karson shot back.
"Well, as many times as I want to. I've heard that you've had an extra hand or two from outside sources during your giant battles. Now I have you one on one. Let's see what you can truly do, Karson!"
Sin threw a punch that landed, making the echidna stumble back.
"I'll show you!" Karson roared as he charged a kick up at Sin, only for it to be caught by the demon, who countered by spinning into the young child.
"Foolish child! You can't even hit me! Go ahead and give up now. Make it easy for yourself."
"No way!"
Karson jumped up and punched the top of Sin's head.
"Oof! Well, it looks like you finally landed a hit on me! I'll give you that one, but it'll be the last one you get."
The demon then charged an energy ball up.
"Let's see you dodge this, kid!"
Sin shot the power ball at Karson, who threw up his hands in defense, blocking the attack until the ball was suspended in midair.
"What? No one can dodge that!"
"Well, I guess I can." Karson grinned as he picked up the orb. "And now, let's give you a taste of your own medicine!"
The child ran up, jumped, and dunked the energy ball on top of Sin's head, making the giant demon roar in pain and fall.
"Oww! Ok then, you wanna get rough, let's get rough!"
Sin hopped up and began throwing attacks at Karson, who had a much better go at dodging them this time.
The two threw all they had at each other, but neither one dared to fall to one another.
"Had enough, kid?" Sin breathed.
"Oh, heck no, man. You're going to need to do better than that to stop me."
"Pretty impressive for a 5-Year old, I will admit, but children have their limits. Prepare to fall!
Sin began to charge up power for himself.
"Time to put you to sleep!" Karson yelled as he prepared a KO punch.
The two charged at each other and collided.
After a few seconds, the victor was revealed.
"N-no, how did you win?" Sin asked in shock.
"My KO punch is lethal. Now, since I won, take me back to my friends."
"Fine! Be gone, but we will meet again, and it will be very soon! Count on it, kid!"
Sin snapped his fingers and the young echidna was back in the Hidden Palace next to his sister and friends.
"Karson, you're back!" Sarah and Precious beamed as they both hugged him.
"I'm fine. The fight was nothing really." Karson stated.
"I figured that you come through." Sarah told him.
Then, a portal appeared.
"A portal! Hopefully it'll lead us to the cave." Precious said.
"But what about Exeller?" Karson asked.
"We don't know. Hopefully he'll find a way back." Sarah told him.
"Yeah, let's hope so." The echidna nodded as the kids entered the portal.

I stay gone too long now, don't I? Still working on a schedule for myself.
