Dean pov
I could hear someone say my name
And could feel someone hand on my shoulder
Dean wake up I hear It sounded like seth but I wasn't sure it was all fuzzy and it's like every time he said a word I heard it twice I opened my eyes and tried to focus but I couldn't was that all one big dream I thought it felt so real hey man you ok seth said I shock my head no you still feeling sick he asked w-what I said
You were feeling sick last night and you've been asleep all day he said W-what no I haven't I said Yeah you have...man can you even see straight right now he asked witch a worried tone to his voice I shock my head
He helped me sit up w-wheres aj I asked she is in the living room do you want me to go get her he asked n-no I said back roman is doing food so that's why I came to wake you up he said I-im not hungry I said man you got to eat ok and then take your meds he said then all of a sudden I just felt really cold and starting shaking I felt seth put his hand on my shoulder Dean he said worried
Seth pov
After I told dean to eat and take his meds he then all of a sudden started shaking I put my hand on his shoulder his body felt really cold dean I said he didn't answer I sat down next to him on the bed and laid him back down pulling the covers round him tightly but not to tight to hurt him he couldn't stop shaking his breathing started going fast and it looked like he was starting to panic
It looked like he was having a panic attack aj I shout cause roman would be busy with food and sami is out on a run
Aj came in and came straight over to dean and I whats wrong with dean she said worried I think his having a panic attack I said what do we do she asked I dont no I was hoping you would no I said panicking myself now no I don't know what to do she said worry and panic in her eyes dean she said dean look it's ok she said trying to stop the panic attack
Dean had never had a panic attack that I know off ill ring sami I said ok she said trying to calm dean down
I left and went to the living room and called sami
Phone call
Hello sami said out of breath
Sami has dean ever had a panic attack before I asked
Oh um yeah he use to get them alot back in the day but he hasn't had one in years why?
Cause I think his having one right now and we don't know what to do
What!shit im close by I won't be long try get him calm down
Then he hung up
Then roman came out the kitchen whats up he asked dean's having a panic attack I think I said
What he said walking over the there room I followed and aj was still trying to calm him down dean was getting worse his breathing was really fast and uneven after a faw more minutes sami came rushing in the room and asked us to leave and he would sort dean out
We left and waiting outside the room I had never seen someone have a panic attack before and it's scary about 10 minutes went by before sami opened the door ok his calm now he said he let us in and we went over to him you ok man I asked He nodded his head sami came back in the room with dean meds and water dean took his meds and drank abit more water
You gonna eat sami asked him He nodded again and we helped him up and over to the sofa in the living room and roman went and got us food and we all ate we stayed there for a while then dean went to bed
I never knew dean had panic attacks in the past I said to sami
Yeah he use to suffer badly with them when I first met him I seemed to be the one that managed to calm him down when they happened but he hasn't had one in years not even little ones he said it was scary seeing him having an a panic attack I said Yeah and that was a little one compered to how bad he use to get them he said I was shock
What really I asked yeah he said I thought that was bad I said it was but it was nothing compered to how they use to be I just hope he aint gonna be having them more cause then they are only gonna get worse he said yeah I hope he don't having anymore cause I don't wanna see them get worse it was scary enough with that one I said Yeah he said
After awhile we all went to sleep
Oh dean doesn't remember anything it was all a big dream
