OVERVIEW:

Alexander and Isadora Beaumont ran the Dora's Coffee Haunt, a very cosy and comfortable cafe in Gotham city, frequented by students and other citizens. The siblings were often helped at the cafe by Stephanie Brown who had become a very good friend of them both.

According to Steph, more than half of their coffee was consumed by her best friend Tim Drake who was helplessly addicted to caffeine. But there was one more client who consumed just as much coffee but only at night times when he dropped by during patrol and that was none other than the Bat vigilante Red Robin.

The first time Tim met Isadora, he had been too deprived of caffeine to function properly. But four cups of coffee later, Steph had returned from the kitchen to find him flirting with Dora at the counter.

From harmless flirting to a friendly banter, a fight with a floor mop and finally a date to Amusement Mile, Tim and Dora realized they were falling for each other fast. And though at first, coffee was the only thing that kept Tim away from the darkness in his life, after meeting Dora he found another reason that brightened his life even more.

And very soon Isadora Beaumont became the reason his tired blue eyes would crinkle up as he smiled much more often than before. A smile she adored because it made him appear as the most precious being on earth.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

I started off this story on a whim but it soon became one of my favorites. Just one night I had an idea that why didn't anyone connect the dots between Tim and Red Robin's caffeine addiction and there you have it, in came the character of Isadora Beaumont and this whole story. 

Though a first it was a just for fun thing, it later evolved into a story I hold real close to my heart. Tim and Dora are my precious little babies and I have become so fond of them that I couldn't bring myself to induce any major accident or tragedy in the story because I simply can't hurt the two.

That doesn't mean you're in for an easy ride, no. The story has its fair share of highs and lows, cute moments and angst but it's mostly sweet. If cute romances and funny happy scenes are your thing and you really need a light read, then you'll enjoy this story a lot.
