OVERVIEW:
Lydia Wright had always blended in with the shadows, disappearing into the darks of the city of crime as agilely as if she was a part of it. However, the girl stood out the most to Jason Todd, a kindred soul striving in the deadly streets of Gotham.
Together, the two were a force to be reckoned with. Reckless, fearless, young, and rebellious, they were quite the personification of the phrase double trouble. And with their tight-knit family of rebels, they felt the most at home despite the fact that both had never had actual families.
But with the brutal murder of one of their close friends, their family seemed to gradually fall apart and it was up to them to sew back the torn threads. But in doing so, a few other threads got connected as well and they didn't even notice until they had come very far from what they used to be towards one another.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
With Sugarcoated Chillies | B. Gordon coming to an end, my brain started going in the direction of another fanfic based on the continuation of the plot and original characters introduced in the fanfic hence Crushed Cigarettes | J. Todd came into being.
This fanfic focuses on Jason Todd and one of the original characters I mentioned in the previous fanfic, Lydia Wright. The point to be noted is that due to the events altered in the previous fanfic, Jason Todd does not become Red Hood since he wasn't killed by the Joker and in turn wasn't revived by the Lazarus Pit.
Instead, Jason had taken the mantle of Red Robin while Tim Drake joined the Bat vigilantes as Robin. Due to this major change, Jason's personality has also developed much differently than he is usually portrayed in canon and fanfics so for me this take on his character is going to be a challenge that I'm willing to take.
It is not necessarily a sequel, it can be read as a stand alone hence I have not included these two in the series section.
