Author-san signing out.

Everyone woke up early, excited for the outdoor trip.

The moment they finished their breakfast, the students baskets in hand, immediately headed outside and into the forest.

(Lukas POV)

Trekking down the muddy slopes, I nearly lost my balance. Thankfully, I managed to steady myself with the help of Reius. All the students that were invited, had decided to dress down-their swimsuits under their dress shirts.

"Well here!" exclaimed Ross as he parted some overgrown vines to reveal a beautiful waterfall. Frankly, I was amazed. The water was a combination of blue and pink, reflecting the sky and the flowers that bloomed in the nearby trees.

"Wow." I mumbled under my breath as my eyes took in the sight.

"CANNON BALL!" shouted someone in the crowd, as a gaggle of students jumped into the pool. Splashing those who remained with water.

"Going to get wet before eating huh, you should join them " was all Theo said as he pushed Ross off the cliff before unfolding the picnic mat. Noticing this, the rest of us quickly unpacked the food.

(Timeskip)

"Not joining the rest of them?"

Taking a seat beside me was a dripping wet Alex, his eyes were much brighter than before (albeit a little red),  his hair and pants were soaked with water dripping down onto the ground. I merely shrugged, " I can't swim." which was the truth, that and I didn't care.

Alex then leaned over me, grabbing a piece of sandwich. My face immediately went red, " hey! Cut that out, you're getting my shirt wet!" He looks at me with bored eyes before stating, " So what, everyone's clothes are more or less wet now. You can't be the only one dry."

Even so...I want my clothes clean..

"I hope Reius gets better."

"What?"

" I guess you didn't hear."

'Hear what?!"

This time, I was growing a little more worried. What exactly happened to Reius?

"Never mind, it's best you don't concern yourself with it."

Why you!

We stayed in complete silence for a while as we watch our dorm mates play around. After some time,  he whispered into my ear, telling me to meet him tonight at the classroom before leaving.

I wondered why?

*GLOMP*

"Reius, what the hell!" I exclaimed as I attempted to get Reius arms away from me. Standing nearby, Oliver giggled.

"Sorry sorry but come on! You should be joining us." He said as he finally let go of me. A small 'thank you' was muttered under my breath. They both took a seat beside me, Reius buttoning up his dress shirt before grabbing a slice of watermelon.

"Where's Theo?" asked Oliver as he turned his head over and over again, trying to search for the aloof boy. I merely pointed my finger to the pool side where Theo and Ross were wrestling one another to the ground, the latter trying to get the former to enter the pool.
