Alyssa lay in a private resus. She groaned as clutched her stomach. Bailee walked in and smiled as she looked to her

"hey, how are you doing" bailee asked

"I'm loosing the baby, aren't I?" Alyssa asked as bailee walked over to her and smiled

"no, but I think your showing signs of labour. I know it's early but I'm going to give you a steroid for the baby in case you do and we're going to try and slow down labour okay" bailee said as Alyssa looked to her with tears in her eyes.

Alyssa was terrified and she didn't know what to do. Alyssa placed a hand on her stomach as she felt the tears roll down her face.

Alyssa knew that she had been through a lot with cal and Iain and all the cheating and lies and she had no idea how much it had really effected her, and the baby.

Alyssa knew that the baby and Ella was all she cared about. She knew she didn't know who the father to the baby was but she also didn't care right now. She just wanted her baby to be okay but she was scared.

She was scared that something bad was going to happen. Bailee placed a hand on her arm and smiled

"I know your scared but we are all going to do all we can to keep that baby inside" bailee said as Alyssa looked to her and smiled

Alyssa groaned as she sat in the room. She was in pain. She looked as cal walked into the room and frowned

"I thought you had Ella" she asked as he looked to her and smiled

"relax, Ethan is watching her. I wanted to see how you were"he asked as shoe shock her head

"I need..you need to do something, check me or something cal, your a doctor and something isn't right. I know it isn't. The pain isn't right" Alyssa said as cal looked t over and smiled

"do you want me to or to get Connie or someone"

"cal I don't think there's time to wait around" Alyssa said as cal looked to her and nodded. He grabbed a pair of clothes off of the side as he started to examine her.

Alyssa felt awkward knowing that cal was doing it as well but she knew he needed to, it was the best for the baby

"well?" Alyssa asked as cal looked to her and sighed

"your in labour, I think we need to get you down for a c section. It's the best thing to do, for you and the baby" he said as Alyssa looked to him with tears in her eyes

"I'm scared" she said as cal took a hold of her hand and smiled as he kissed the top of her head

"you don't need to be, I've got you okay" he said as she looked to him and smiled

Cal sighed as he stood pacing in the hallway as Alyssa was in surgery. He loved her still, he knew he had messed up with her but he still loved her. He looked to see Iain and smiled

"any news?" He asked as cal shock his head

"not yet" cal said as he saw bailee as he walked down the hall and smiled

"it's a girl, if you liked to come this way and we can do the dna test?" Bailee said as they nodded but just who was the daddy?
