The Dream

Chapter 39

*~Dream~*

I woke up and looked around, (Y/N was gone. I quickly jumped up and looked around, I was in what seemed to be Sans room. I looked around one last time and walked to the door, reaching for the handle and turning it. I opened the door and looked at the hallway overlooking the living room, I walked out and down the hallway. It's like something was pulling me too, I looked around at the house. 'I think this is the house from my other dream..' I stopped at the mirror that was hanging on the same wall that mine and Papyrus doors are, 'That's strange...I don't think I saw this before..' I slowly was in front of the mirror, I expected to see myself just like any other time. My eyes widened in surprise as I looked at the white bones and blue jacketed Sans, it looks like original. 'What the..' I quickly looked down at my hands, I was the Sans. I looked back up at the mirror and just looked up and down myself, how is it possible that I am normal? "SANS!!" I jumped and looked down at the stairs, it was Papyrus. "IT'S BREAKFAST TIME!!" I felt my legs start to move before I could think, I was running down the stairs. "I'm awake Paps!" I said with a smile on my face, then I covered my mouth as I sounded normal as well. 'what's going on with me?' I looked up at Papyrus, who already put the plates of spaghetti on the table. I plopped down on the couch just like last time, then I had a feeling like I should look out the window. So that's what I did, I turned around and looked out the window. There was nothing but friendly monsters passing, I turned around to looked at Papyrus. He was standing up, "YOU ALWAYS TAKE FOREVER SANS...I AM GOING TO TRAIN WITH UNDYNE." I didn't feel right letting him leave like this, I have a bad feeling. Papyrus opened the door and walked out, I stood up and looked at the door as it closed. "AHHHHHHH!!" I heard Papyrus scream, I quickly ran too the door. "SANS HELP!!" I swung the door open and ran outside, I stood to face the monster holding Papyrus. I stopped as I realized who it was, I was standing there holding Papyrus in my strings. I looked at myself as he gave me a crazed look, 'Is that how I look?' I backed up and looked at Papyrus, "L...Let him go Error!" I yelled at him as his eyes widened, he look surprised. Then he dropped Papyrus, I look over to him as he ran away. I ran after him as I see a door appear, I stopped as I looked at Core Frisk walk out of the Omega Timeline. "Papyrus we have to get out of here you will go crazy if you stay. I have a place you can go." She was warning Papyrus to come with her, 'wait no..' I looked around at the completely white and endless void, Papyrus looked around and then back at Core Frisk. "OKAY...DO YOU THINK YOU COULD LOOK FOR SANS THOUGH? I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT HIM.." I stood up, 'No..' I ran towards them, "Papyrus!" I could hear my voice start to glitch, Papyrus walked threw the portal. Core Frisk followed behind him, "WAIT DON"T LEAVE ME!" I Ran faster at the door, it seemed so far away. The door closed and disappeared, I stopped and looked down at my hands that were all glitched out again.            

- Few Hours Later -

I sat up quickly opening my eyes and looking around, I looked down at (Y/N) who was sleeping peacefully. I Snapped my fingers and was standing up, I used my magic to teleport a pillow and the doll of me I made a while ago. I turned around and looked at Ink and Sans, they were both just looking at me. I was frowning, Ink walked up in front of me. "Are you okay Error? You woke up pretty fast.." I had to think about it for a moment, "I...I need to go to the Omega Timeline..." Ink seemed confused on why I was asking, "Why do you want to go there?" I shook my head as I thought about the dream, "PleaSe InK.." I started to glitch, Ink didn't seem too sure about it. "Well I don't know about taking you there...(Y/N) isn't awake yet.." I glanced back at (Y/N), who was still sleeping soundly. "No.." I looked back at Ink, "She can't come this time.." Ink was giving me a weird look, "Is everything alright Error?" I was thinking again as he asked me that, "I.." I looked around at Sans living room, it felt like the walls were trying to talk to me. "Don't tell him anything he wont understand Error." I heard a familiar voice, I jumped as I was startled. I quickly looked around, there was nobody in sight other than Ink, Sans, and (Y/N). I felt tons of sweat roll down my skull, I know exactly who that was. I turned away from Ink, I have no idea what to do or what to say to him. I looked up without thinking, it's been a while since I have heard that voice. I glanced back at Ink, he seemed really confused. I let out a sigh and looked back up at nothing, "What do you want?" Ink and Sans stopped as they were just looking at me, "Oh come on Error do you really think I want anything specific? I just wanted to chat with you my old friend." I slightly chuckled, "Who said we were ever friends?" I don't think I ever counted this voice as one of my friends, though he was with me when nobody else was. "Well that's rude to say to an old friend..." I laughed again, "If you were my friend then you wouldn't have just left me after I met (Y/N).." I heard the voice chuckle, "Oh come on Error do you really think I just left you? Like I would do that to a friend.." I stopped, "So then why do you wanna talk now of all times?" The voice chuckled again, "Well I figured you would want some help! You seem to have forgotten who you are Error and I am here to help you find yourself again." I was thinking about that, "Find myself...? What do you mean I did find myself and it defiantly wasn't with the help of you.." I was sweating a lot, I have no idea why but I can't help but feel like I must talk to him. "Oh Error...did you forget how those freaks treated you? Do you really believe your supposed to be good?" My eyes widened, "I..." I backed up a little, "If you were really supposed to be a good guy don't you think you would be more nice to people? I know you want to erase every single monster and living being in the multiverse so stop lying to yourself." I was just looking up at nothing, "I saw those thoughts you had on wanting to kill Core Frisk...We both always hated that gray freak.." I clenched my head, "Well So what if I want to kill her I won't actually do it! I have changed and you would know that if you stayed!" I started breathing heavily, "See this is why I stopped talking to you, your so lame now and all you talk about are helping people of that dumb human-" "SHES NOT DUMB!" I screamed at him without thinking, "DoN't YoU eVeR sAy ThAt AbOuT hEr!" Everything was quiet for a moment, I was still breathing heavily. Ink came up next to me, "Uh Error...You okay?" I jumped and looked at him, "Oh...Y...Yeah.." Ink seemed to be confused, "So uh...Who were you talking too?" I felt more sweat start to roll down my skull, "Well..." I looked at the floor, "It's the voice..." Ink was just looking at me, "The voice?" I slowly nodded my head, "I can only hear him...He..." I looked up at the ceiling, "Wow you really are Ink's little pet huh? Working at his feet as someone your not." I stopped as I felt my face scrunch up, "PET?!" I turned away from Ink, "I'M NOT INK'S PET!!" I was glaring at the ceiling, he let out a chuckle. "Well you told him about me...I guess him and that human really got to you huh?" I was stilling glaring, "gOD dAmMiT yOuR PiSsInG mE oFf!!" I yelled at the voice, "Good, get pissed off Error...You will soon see what I mean...Just wait you will break...Then when that happens, I will be here waiting for you to say you were wrong." I stopped as he finished, "I.." I couldn't get any words to come out of my mouth, I was thinking on what to say. "Y...Your wrong..." I backed up and clenched my head, "You have to be wrong.." Ink set his hand on my shoulder, "Error what is going on?" Ink seemed worried about me, "Don't tell him Error...He is our enemy remember?" I let go of my head and looked at Ink, "But.." I looked away, "Ink is my friend now...and you don't know what your talking about.." The voice let out a loud laugh, "Are you kidding Error?!" His voice got louder when he said that, "I have known you the longest Error! I am telling you what you always told me...but I guess it's more of reminding you now...since you forgot who you truly are.." I shook my head, "So what if you have known me for the longest...I know who I am and it's not who you say I am, I am not the destroyer of universes anymore!" I looked up at the ceiling again, the voice went quiet for a moment. "Well well..." The voice sounded more soothing now, "I am sorry for saying all of this...I guess you are a good guy now.." I stopped as I was confused, he is just agreeing with me now. "Wait your not gonna fight or tell me I'm not?" I heard a chuckle again, "If I did that then we would be fighting forever...I know you Error once you have made up your mind only you can change it...Unless a pretty human comes around that is.." I was thinking for a moment, "I...Right..." I looked at Ink and Sans, who were both just looking at me. "Error is everything alright? What is he saying?" I was just looking at Ink, "Nothing.." I looked around at the living room, the room feels like it has gotten smaller. I felt a bunch of sweat roll down my skull, "Are you sure?" I slowly nodded my head as Ink said that, I made a small smile. "That's right don't tell him anything." I looked up at the ceiling again, then back at Ink. Ink seemed worried about me, "Now ask him to go to the Omega Timeline, that's where you wanted to go right? All because of your dream." I stopped as my eyes widened, "Oh right my dream.." I covered my mouth as I said that out loud, Ink seemed curious. "Your dream? Wait did you have another bad dream? What was it about?" I sighed, "It wasn't that bad..." I looked away as I thought about it, "That's what your going to keep telling yourself isn't it? That it's not that bad and everything is fine." I clenched my fist, "SHUT UP!!" I closed my eyes and was breathing heavily, Ink was worried about me. Everything was quiet for a few seconds, "Error.." I slowly opened my eyes to look at Ink, he was frowning and looking at me. "Please tell me what's going on..." I was just looking at him, "I.." I couldn't say anything, "Don't say anything Error.." I was sweating a ton more, I have to listen to him I don't know why though. "I.." I backed up, Ink and Sans were looking at me still. "S..Stop.." I clenched my head, "StOp...StOp LoOkInG aT mE.." I was backing up more, my voice was glitching out. 'What the fuck is going on?' I closed my eyes tightly, "Error.." I heard Ink say in the most soothing voice I have heard, I instantly moved my hands off my head and opened my eyes to look at him. He was giving me a calming smile, "Calm down...Everything's alright.." Ink set his hand on my shoulder, I was just looking at him. I made a small smile and chuckled, "Yeah...Thanks Ink.." I hugged him, Ink seemed surprised as he wrapped his arms around me making a big smile. "Now Error.." I let go and was looking at him, he seemed to be thinking. "We need to find out what we are gonna do about the voice your hearing..." I sighed as Ink said that, "Good luck...I don't think that he is leaving anytime soon.." I was doubting that Ink could do anything about it, but come to think of it he hasn't been saying anything. "Well has he said anything?" I was just looking at him, "No.." I looked at the ceiling, I wasn't hearing him anymore. I know he is planning something, "Well what was he saying to you before?" I looked back at Ink, "Well.." I was thinking about what he was saying, "he said for me to ask to go to the Omega Timeline...because it was in my dream and somehow he knew about it.." I looked at the floor, "So that's why you wanted me to take you there." I looked at him and nodded my head, "Well tell me about your dream! I can help if I know what happened." I was just looking at him, I took a deep breath. "Okay.."
