CHAPTER 12

JENNIE'S POV
"Hey...Y/n what is love?" I look over at him who was busy answering his textbook "Hm?" he looked at me and fixed his glasses

We are currently at the library studying...we figured since we were going together at the dance we should hang out sometime so we wouldn't be awkward with each other

"I mean...for you what is love?" he closed his textbook and fixed his necktie before looking directly at me "Love is fragile...break it once and you will never be able to get it back" those words were simple

By why do I feel like it has a deep meaning behind it...'Should I try asking?'

Whatever I'll just go for it "Why do I feel like there's another meaning behind it except for love being fragile?" he took a deep breath

"It's not that deep though...for example you broke a mirror if you say sorry to that mirror will it go back to it's old self?" I shake my head as he nod "Exactly"

"I get your point but wouldn't it be fixed if you put some effort on fixing it?" he looked at me confuse

"Whatever effort you put on fixing it, what's broken is already broken...love is full of trust once you break the love you also broke the trust...why would you put effort on fixing something you broke?" he stopped for a minute before continuing

"If you didn't want it to end up broken then you shouldn't have done something for it to be broken"

"That's love...some people will already know your worth the first time they love you but most people will only know the worth of their partner once they already broke them"

"And the sad part is we always choose the person who will end up hurting us before they realize our worth" he went back to answering his textbooks while I was there amaze by how he explain love

It's only one word...but his explanation explains everything that goes in love

'You chose the person who can't love you over the person who's willing to risk everything just for you....'

But this feeling I have for Y/n...is this really love or just a crush?...I can't fall in love with him because I don't ever want to fall in love with him

JISOO'S POV
I was assembling the table we were going to need for the school's dance but Rosé was sitting at a chair spacing out

'What is she thinking this time?' I was going to approach her but Jimin already did so I stepped back and someone's hand rested at my back "Unnie if you keep backing away, you might not be able to confess your feelings for her" I look behind me and saw Lisa

"Forget it Lisa-yah...she doesn't like me, she likes boys not girls" I said as Lisa look at me with 'seriously?' kind of look

"Are you serious? that girl hates to be around men she's just comfortable with Jungkook and his friends since they're the only one's who's close to us" I look at her and smiled for a bit

I left her there and sat at the chair for a moment as someone suddenly reach a bottle of water to me. I looked up and saw Jin-Oppa smiling at me

"Thank you Oppa" he nodded before sitting at me "Confession problems?" I nodded at him "You know you better confess before it's too late"

"Why?"

"A confession can never wait...if you have the opportunity to confess then confess right away...Rosé might literally fell in love with someone before you can even confess" I nodded

He was giving a nice point...but in this world this kinds of relationship is never accepted...they wouldn't understand

If you love the same gender as your's almost everyone will judge you and only few will understand and support you

This world is full of judgemental people and the only way to survive it is if you are strong and can fight for yourself and for the both of you

'Love won't always win...that is just a fact'
