Y/N'S POV
Jennie has been acting crazy lately...I need to know why.

I was making my way to the council's office but when I got in...Jennie was sitting on top of her table while kissing....Kai

'As expected.'

"Y-y/n..."

"Shit..." both of them said, I bow my head before standing straight again and turning my back. I look over my shoulder "Please lock the door next time." I closed the door and as soon as I walk out

I hear the door got lock...I look down before letting a sigh out. I brush my hair back and shove both my hands inside my pockets and walk away

I didn't know a president has that kind of wild side huh? but why were they making out at the council's office...

"Tch" I look down while walking when I suddenly bumped into someone.

I immediately kneel down to help it pick their stuff as I stood up it was Chaeng "Oh...it's you"

"Not so happy seeing me here?" she giggle as I shake my head "Not really, where are you going?" me and Chaeng had also been quite close since it would be rude to only talk to Jennie.

"Ahm...council's office"

"Not a great idea" there was confusion written all over her face "Jennie is kind of busy with Kai" she nodded understanding what I meant "I already told them to not make out here" she shake her head making me smile a little

"Did you just smile?" I nodded but was a little confuse "Ahm...yeah?" I was really not sure what was such a big deal of me smiling a little "Finally, I got to make you smile once again after so many years"

"Ah, I was thinking what was such a big deal out of it" she giggles as I chuckle "ANOTHER POINT!"

"For what?"

"I made you chuckle" any questions? Chaeng is my childhood bestfriend aside from the boys but eversince she transferred school we didn't talk much anymore until we ended up in the same school again

"Want to grab lunch later?" I nodded a little before brushing my hair back "Is it your treat?" she thought for a sec "Tsk...fine I'll treat you"

"Yes! thank you Oppa~" yeah...I'm older than her "Stop it, it doesn't really fit you to do aegyo" she pouted as I smile "You never change huh?"

"Yeah and you definitely change" I nodded "Some people don't intend to stay the way they were"

"And some people does...I honestly don't know why I needed to act as if I don't know you" I stopped walking as did she "You didn't have to, I just didn't want to talk to anyone" she nodded

"Still, starting today I'll act the way I did before towards you"

"Suit yourself" we started walking again

Good old days...I used to call her Rosé for some reason when we were kids...I wonder if I could still call her that way

"Hey..." I can't say it...why? "Hm?" I shake my head and we started walking again

Me and Rosé has really great childhood memories together mostly she was the one with the most embarassing memories

"Remember the time you slipped down the stairs pft" she squint her eyes looking at me before she punche my shoulder "Your still weak" she pouted as I pinch her cheeks

We finally got to the cafeteria and as we went in everyone was looking at us "Seems like everyone's used to you being alone" she whispered

"They were probably wondering why I'm with someone crazy" she punch me again as I laugh a little

I'm good with this...I can't really tell if I'm good being seen smiling but...I sure am happy me and Chaeng got to talk like we normally do again.

CHAENG'S POV
Finally...were back to normal now, we were acting strangers for the past few months now and it was killing me.

At first I thought it was just some other guy named Y/n since he really did change. He matured and his pubirty really hit him hard.

So hard I can't even recognize my own bestfriend.

"Yah, stop daydreaming and order something already" I got back to reality and started to order my food

As we sat down at one of the empty tables "Cafeteria foods are the worst." I laugh at his reaction looking at his food "You should've ordered complete meal A" I made him look at my order as his eyes went wide

"Damn it. I'm so isolated I didn't know the cafeteria has those kinds of meals"

"You're still ignorant about cafeterias huh?" he chuckles and starts to eat his food as I did so too "I wasn't really eating here, I'm always alone at my classroom"

Well I guess he truly didn't change after all "Same old you" he nodded and smiled as I smiled back

We sat there eating quietly, it wasn't an awkward silence it was a very comforting one.

He did quite change huh? only his attitude but not his old habits.

Looking boredly at the food while eating it. Such an ignorant when it comes to cafeteria foods and of course him eating alone at his classroom.
