~Chapter 21~

I wake up as usual and stretch while yawning

"Great, a new day..." I say "Hopefully Ein will be a good alpha even though I highly doubt it"

I push my blanket off and get up, I put my uniform on and get ready for school

'Ein doesn't seem like the type of person to be a leader...'

When I left the house I felt someone watching me...but I ignored it because I didn't wanna get into anything

I went into homeroom and laid my head on my desk

Shortly after Kacey came and took his seat next to me

"Hey Kacey" I pick my head up

"Hey (Y/N)! I noticed that you've been getting here before me lately" Kacey says happily

"Ye, but it's not as good as it may seem"

"Why?"

"Because Ein is the new Alpha male and I don't think werewolf fights are gonna get any better.."

"How do you know?"

"Because I've been his sister all my life"

"Oh right" Kacey laughs

The bell rang for first class so we headed off

*Timeskip to lunch*

I sat at my usual table waiting for Dante and Travis, we started sitting together since me and Garroth haven't been friends

But they didn't come

Suddenly Aphmau rushed into the cafeteria and sat beside me

"(Y/N)! I need help!" She gasps for air

"Sure, What is it?" I ask

"Do you mind helping me with Mentoring?"

"I- I don't know..do I get my class off?"

"Yes! Don't worry! You'll be excused but please help me!"

"Ok! I can do it!" I get up and help Aphmau up

"Thank you so much! I'm gonna try and get some more of our friends to help" Aphmau says and runs off

"Wait- like who!" I called after

She shortly came back and handed me a sash

"I forgot to give this to you!" Aphmau runs off again

"Uuugh" I tie the sash on my arm and leave the cafeteria

I look down the hall and see Aphmau talking to Garroth and Laurence

'Don't think anything of it (Y/N)..You're not friends with Garroth anymore so just ignore him'

While I was thinking, I realized I was staring at him and he noticed me

I squeal and run in the opposite direction

"Let's see, there must be tons going around or else Aphmau wouldn't ask me to help.." I say as I'm running around

"GIVE ME BACK MY DONUT!" I hear a girl yell

"IT'S MINE!" Another girl says

I turn the corner and see two girls fighting over a donut

'What is up with donuts today?'

"Girls! Stop fighting!"I yell at them

"Huh?" They say in unison

"Why can't you compromise?" I ask
