moving in with mely has helped me alot . i did end up going to prom , nothing really happened . stacy and david are getting married next month . jenna and clarissa are the usuals . rio's buisness is getting better , and ive been selling a lot . ale , kairi and the boys have gotten closer to me , mattia stopped talking to me ever since the ride , and ive been feeling great after everything not gonna lie . i woke up to my phone ringing .
y/n- hello
i answered
mely- goodmorning . remember we have to go to court today
y/n- got that noted
mely- okay and don't start anything with stacy
she laughed
y/n- i'll try
mely- okay see you later
y/n- bye
i hung up . either my dad or mely filed some papers to see who would get custody of me , since im still not 18 . i got out of bed and hopped in the shower . i did my routine and changed .
outfit -
i straightened my hair and curled my lashes . i put mascara on and grabbed my shoes . i walked downstairs and grabbed my bag . i wasn't hungry so all i did was grab a fruit snack and walk out the door . i got into the car and drove to school . i parked the car and walked into the building when i seen david through the office window . i hid my face with my bag and ran to my locker . i tried putting the code but i kept messing up or it wouldn't open .
david- y/n...
he said as my locker opened . i turned around and slightly smiled
y/n- oh um hi
david- im checking you out
y/n- i just got here
david- we need to talk
he said with sadness in his eyes
y/n- um let me just grab my stuff
i said getting out a couple books from my locker . i closed my locker and walked to the exit with him next to me .
david- we can go in my car . you drive
y/n- umm okay
i said confused . i got into the drivers seat as he got into the passengers . i put my bag in the back and turned the car on .
david- go to your favorite cafe
he smiled looking out the window. i nodded and drove off . it was very awkward and silent
david- i just want to apologize for everything ive done
he said opening a bottle of beer
y/n- can you put that down , please
i said and he did
david- i want to apologize for mis treating you physically and mentally. im a bad man and im sorry
y/n- um it's okay
i gulped
david- everything's been different without you
he said . i stayed quiet and continued driving . we eventually parked .
y/n- i'll go and get the drinks
i said and got off the car . i went into the atore and waited in line . mins later i took our orders and paid .
y/n- thank you
i said grabbing the drinks from the lady . i walked out the store and opened the car door to see david sleeping .
y/n- here ya go
i said placing his drink in the cup holder . i started the car and looked at him
y/n- da- david , wake up
i said and waited in silence
y/n- daviddd
i said shaking him
y/n- david wake up ! david !
i said shaking and started panicking . i waited a little and no responce
y/n- DAVID ! omfg wake up . david please wake up !
i was shaking and slapping his arm . still nothing, my eyes began to water
y/n- david ! don't play with me right now ! wake up
i yelled . i checked his pulse , their wasn't a pulse . i began crying , i drove to the near by clinic . some nurses saw me crying , they walked up to me and looked at the car . they checkes david's pulse and took him in .

hour later
nurse- im sorry but you needa transfer him to the hospital
y/n- is he okay tho !
nurse- we don't think so
she said and got men to put him in the ambulance. i got in and dialed mely's number .

mely- we'll meet you their
y/n- okay okay thank you bye
i said and hung up . i noticed we were approaching the hospital. the doors open and the men got him out and took him inside . i ran after them and signed in . they took him into a room , as i was in the waiting room . about 30 mins later , stuart and mely arrived .
mely- how is he . is he okay ?
y/n- they don't know . i cherhis oulse early but he didn't have one
i said sitting on the chair with tears slipping out
staurt- everything's gonna be okay . we just needa stay calm
he said putting sebastian in his car seat thingy . as nurses and doctors were running around , stacy and jenna eventually showed up . and then the doctors came
doctors- family of david torress
he said . everyone jumped up from their seats
stacy- im his soon to be wife . what's up
i hate that sentence "soon to be wife" anyways back to what the doctor was saying
doctors- unfortunately , david was overdosed . he didn't make it , im sorry for your loss .
he said . stacy and mely fell back into their seats . i sat down next to mely and cuddled with her . i found myself crying , not him too .
