How Do We Meditate?

It's easy even if you don't really good at visualizing. I used to meditate every night before bed but I'm currently so busy and i hope i can meditate again soon.

There are a lot of guide meditation versions on youtube, listen to 5 minutes meditation is good too, it doesn't matter how long you meditate (i suggest at least for 2-3 minutes), and I'll put the links here don't worry!

You can do this whenever you want as long as you won't get distracted. You can sit down, or lay on your back, or in any position that makes you comfortable. You can also shut your eyes or just staring at the ceiling or wall. You can change your position while you meditate it doesn't matter! Just imagine your feelings, emotions, and everything you want, you have to believe, you have to have this positive energy while meditate. It's really good to meditate even if you're not trying to shift. And it's recommended to listen to meditation right before you trying to shift but you can't falling asleep while meditate otherwise it won't work.
