Eleven method (yes, El from Stranger Things, credit to whoever made this one, love this a lot!)

Lay down in a comfortable position, put a cloth or a bandana over your eyes, put on a white sound noise, close your eyes and imagine you're walking to your dr self. Then imagine you and your dr self emerge and you become your dr self, try to fall asleep and you'll wake up in your dr. I recommend you to be kind of tired to do this method!
