- stay hydrated (8 cups a day)
- wear comfort clothes
- do something relaxing (painting, reading, drawing, etc)
- stay positive all day

You don't have to finish all your homework, you don't have to finish certain tasks, just do it. Stop making an excuse. You're gonna wake up in the morning in this reality and all you know is you will shift that night. Stay positive, stay believe in that way. You subconscious will take it and it'll come true.
