3 hours later: Ellie and Jack have eaten something from the snack machine and wait for Jessy to wake up. Now Lt. Williams comes out of the room from her husband and daughter. She looks relieved. "Agent Bishop, Agent Sloane. Jessy's awake!" "That's great! Can we talk to her?", asks Ellie. Lieutenant Williams nods and goes back into the room. Ellie and Jack are following her. "Jessy, do you remember me?", Ellie begins carefully. "Yeah. You're Ellie from NCIS. Who is the other woman with you?", asks Jessy anxiously. "This is my friend, Jack. She also works at NCIS", replies Ellie. "Jessy, can you tell us exactly what happened after school?", Jack wants to know. Jessy nods and talks: "Dad picked us up from school. We went to his car. Five men attacked us. Three beat up Dad, and the other two took Ray and me." Jessy starts to cry and her mother takes her in her arms. "Jessy, you're doing very well. Can you also tell us what happened next? Do you know where the place is where you and Ray were?", Jack asks. "No. But I know what the men looked like", answers Jessy sniffling. "Can you describe them to me?", Ellie asks. Jessy nods and describes the men while Ellie draws.

Navy Yard, NCIS office
8:24 Am, the next day
Ellie, Jack, McGee, Nick, Gibbs and Kasie are in the office. Ellie and Jack are telling the rest what Jessy told them. "Jessy told us that besides Ray and her, other kids were taken. She didn't know any of the other children, but she was able to describe the kidnappers to us", says Jack. Kasie continues: "And that's where I come in: I ran the drawings that Ellie made from Jessy's description through facial-recognition software and got a hit." Ellie goes on: "Kent Brown. He was once charged with human trafficking, but never convicted. The doctors also gave us a GPS chip they took out of Jessys left forearm." "Were you able to trace that chip, Kase?", Gibbs wants to know. "Unfortunately, no. But I do know where Kent Brown is during the day", replies Kasie. "And we believe that Jessy and Ray were kidnapped by human traffickers?", asks Vance, who listened from the stairs. "By child traffickers. If they were traffickers, Petty Officer Williams would have been kidnapped", Jack improves. Vance thinks for a moment, then gives instructions: "Miss Hines, you will develop two completely new identities for Agent Torres and Agent Bishop. Agent McGee, you'll be shadowing Mr. Brown."
