Apartment of Daniel and Julia 
5:27 am, the next day 

Daniel wakes up lying on his back. He tries to sit up, but he can't get up. He's being pushed down by something heavy. It's Julia lying on him. More precisely, it's her upper body lying on top of his. Her head lies on his left shoulder and her right arm on his left. She has probably turned in the night, since she is now lying crosswise in bed. Daniel gives Julia a kiss on the forehead. "Good morning, Ellie", he whispers in her ear afterwards. Julia wakes up. "Hey, Nick. Did I oversleep the alarm clock?", Julia asks. Daniel shakes his head as best he can. "No. It's only half past five. I only woke up because I felt a strong pressure on my chest", he replies. "OMG! Is everything all right?", Julia asks anxiously. "Sure. Could you please get off me?" "What?... Oh, of course", answers Julia and gets up. "I'm making pancakes", she says. "Wait, don't get up. I'll make them. You still look pretty tired", replies Daniel. "I thought we'd sleep until six and then get up. That would almost be like sleeping in", says Julia. "That's why you're so tired at the office.Why don't you get up later?"  Julia shrugs her shoulders and goes into the kitchen. There she starts making pancakes. Daniel joins her in the kitchen.

A short time later, Daniel and Julia are sitting at the table, eating pancakes. Neither of them has changed yet. Daniel has made coffee and puts it on the table. "Did you sleep well, Julia?", he asks. "Yes. For having only one bed, yes. I'm going to talk to Jack about this. And what about you? Did you sleep well, too?" "Sure. Till I woke up." Daniel and Julia laugh.

"Daniel, Julia, come with me. I have a job for you", Kent welcomes Daniel and Julia. Daniel and Julia follow Kent into the office building. There Kent shows them the basement rooms. "Your job is to clean these rooms", says Kent. Julia and Daniel look into one room. There is a lot of blood splatter on the wall and the floor, the entire floor is covered with earth and there are two teeth on the floor. Daniel and Julia look at each other. Then they go up the stairs and over to the other building. There they go to the washing chamber to get brooms and other cleaning products. Then they go back into the office building. On the way they are laughed at by some others: "Look at that, the new ones have to do the cleaning!" Loud laughter follows. "At least we have something to do, unlike you, it seems", Julia replies. "Sweety, who gave you permission to talk?" Julia wants to reply, but is interrupted: "Shut the hell up! You have nothing to say in our presence!" Daniel pulls Julia away.
