Lalisa felt utterly sleepy — she stayed up late to finish on a project that she didn't do early, and now look at the consequences.

Luckily, she wasn't late for classes or anything. However, she couldn't focus on the discussion too well, feeling her eyes slowly give up and close.

Just then, she felt someone throw her a crumpled paper. She irritatedly looked at wherever it came from, gritting her teeth. There, she saw Taehyung snickering at her.

Lalisa rolled her eyes at him and darted her gaze onto the white board, trying to comprehend what the teacher's lecture.

Taehyung pursed his lips, suddenly feeling guilty. Is it that time of the month again? Taehyung thought, noticing her sour mood. Nah, impossible. She already had her period this month. He just sighed, thinking of asking Lalisa later on.

Her classmates actually noticed that she seemed annoyed today, so they didn't really bother to talk or approach her. Lalisa only gets annoyed once in a blue moon, and they don't want to be a victim of her anger.

The teachers then instructed the students who say in front to pass the worksheets to their classmates. As the students were doing so, Lalisa couldn't help but bite her lip, knowing that she'd fail.

Jungkook turned around and faced her to hand the worksheets. She grabbed one and turned around, passing it onto her classmate who sits behind her. Once she turned back, her eyes widened upon seeing Jungkook still facing her direction, forehead creasing.

"H–hey, Jungkook!" she awkwardly greeted, realising that she didn't talk to him ever since she got to class this morning.

Suddenly, Jungkook leaned in, placing the back of his palm onto her forehead.

Lalisa gulped, heart rate increasing at their close proximity. "W–what are you doing, I'm not——"

"Just follow my lead," Jungkook whispered.

Lalisa zipped her lips and nodded, awaiting for what he was going to do next. He then turned around and subtly raised his hand, quickly earning their teacher's attention.

"Yes, Jungkook? Do you have any questions?" their teacher asked him.

"Lalisa isn't feeling well," he informs their teacher.

"Hm?" The teacher looks at Lalisa, seeing that she does look different from usual. "Okay, can you take her to the clinic?"

Lalisa swore that she needs to be hospitalised that very moment — she has the privilege of having Jungkook escort her to clinic!

"Okay," Jungkook says and stands up, waiting for Lalisa to do the same. Since Lalisa was dazed, she didn't really do anything just yet. That's when Jungkook sighed and spoke up, "Stand up, I'll take you to the clinic."

"Oh, r–right," Lalisa says and hurriedly does what he says.

Once she stood up, she waited for him to walk but he stood aside and signalled her to go first. "Go ahead, I'll walk behind you."

"Okay . . ." Lalisa mumbled and started to walk out of the classroom with Jungkook following after her.

Once the two left, Taehyung pouted and sighed. He should've known that Lalisa wasn't feeling well! If he did, then he could've escorted her instead.

Jungkook and Lalisa were quiet throughout their whole way to the clinic. Lalisa couldn't help but halt her tracks, causing Jungkook, who was right behind her, do the same. She turned around and faces him — seeing him casually looking at her whilst tucking his hands in his pockets.
