What happened in the last chapter is , Samantha chooses between satan and the grim reaper . She chooses herself. She did not know she was doom anyway. He life would be always connected to satan. She never thought that she wouldn't be free . She will always be part of Satan . Samantha is pregnant with satan child and you know abortion wouldn't be a solution as there's nobody to help her.
