Hey y'all (I'm running out of ways to say hi)

This past week my anxiety has pretty much doubled. I'm not officially diagnosed with anxiety, so I don't even know if that's what this is. But what ever it is, it sucks.

I think it may be school, although it could just be for no reason. It could be both I dunno.

It's been non-stop since last Monday and I've been struggling. I have to act like everything's fine in front of my family because they don't know anything about how I feel. No one but the people on Wattpad (and a few on youtube now that I think about it) know about how I feel.

Usually writing stuff out helps, that's why I made this journal. But it's not helping right now which is freaking me out a bit.

I have thanksgiving break next week though, so maybe that'll calm me down. I hope so. 😰

Changing the topic a bit, recently whenever I feel anxious, I'll listen to asmr or fanfiction readings. They help temporarily calm me down.

I found one a few days ago and it's the best one I've come across in a while. I added it up top in case anyone who finds this wants to listen to it.

That's all for now. And writing actually this actually did start helping so that's nice.
