RECAP:mishti broke down after knowing about abir. 

Meanwhile downstairs,

Varsha:kuhu...come on. I have a lot to talk.

Kuhu nodded and followed her to the room.

They sat on the couch to make themself comfortable.

Varsha: did you ate well? did you take care of your health? I forgot to ask! what about mask?

kuhu: ma that was 2016. 

Varsha:acchaa...i forgot.

They giggled a little.

Kuhu: of course I took care of my health and my beauty.

She stood and spun in front of her mother.

Varsha(*with smile*): ok sit enough.

Kuhu: ma, but why papa went abroad all of sudden? 

Varsha rolled her eyes.

kuhu: Is it something you are not telling me?

She remained silent.

kuhu: ma... see my eyes... what happened?

Kuhu saw a pearl of tears from her mother's eyes whose head was down.

kuhu: ma...

She kneeled in front of her mom and held her hands.

Kuhu: ma? tell me. it's okay.

Varsha wiped her tears.

Varsha: Covid-19 infected him.

kuhu was shocked.

kuhu: what? papa? what is happening? when?

Varsha: He didn't leave the office for a few days after you people were missing. Even abir tried to bring him home but couldn't. One day, the government took him to the camp. that's how we knew.  

kuhu: what?

Varsha: yeah! That's why he didn't leave the office. He knew the symptoms but he was scared to take the test. At the same time, he was scared for us.

Tears reached kuhu's eyes.

Varsha: And finally, one day it became unbearable and he got tested. The worst of all is he didnt share anything with us. He faced everything alone. He didn't want to add extra burden to our house.

Kuhu: mom... how is he now? where is he?

Varsha: not sure. they didn't update anything about the location of the camp. I know only the approximate location that's all.

kuhu: what? 

Varsha: yeah... 

kuhu: I have to see him now.

Varsha nodded no.

Varsha: no one is allowed there.

kuhu shattered.

kuhu: But mom...I want to see him...

She leaned on her mother's lap.

Varsha: let's pray for him.

It was the next morning, 

Mishti couldn't believe she was actually sleeping in her own room. She checked herself 3 to 4 times. Kuhu slept in her mother's room.

All family members gathered down for the breakfast.

Mishti: Varsha aunty, I heard everything from badima. Uncle will be okay. don't worry.
