I scan the shelves for the book. I hear shuffling beside me, and look when the person bumps into me.

"Sorry, just looking for a book that doesn't seem to want to appear," Cedric Diggory says.

"Same here," I laugh. Then my eyes fall on the book, and I extend my hand to grab it.

Cedric's hand brushes mine, and it's obvious we were looking for the same book. I instantly drop my hand. Cedric's fingers enclose around the book, and he attempts to hand it to me.

"Here, you take it," he comments.

I shake my head. "No, you can take it."

He chuckles, "I'm not taking no for an answer."

Cedric waits for me to agree, and I finally do, taking the book from his hands.

"I'll tell you as soon as I'm finished," I say.

"I'm counting on it," he replies. "And once I'm done, I'll find you. I think you have good taste in books. Until then, see you around."

He gives me a wave and walks off. I smile to myself. He'll find me when he's done? Only in my dreams would Cedric say something like that, but I'm not dreaming, and I can't wipe the smile off my face.
