Chapter 21: The Endless Nightmares

I woke up drenched in sweat. Hermione hovered over me. She had a terrified look on her face. "Are you alright?" I nodded then shook my head. "Do you want to tell me about it?" Hermione suggested. "Can I get a glass of water?" Hermione nodded and took my hand. We slowly descended the stairs to the kitchen. I poured myself a glass of water and once I finished I turned back to Hermione. "Do you want to tell me?" She asked again. "Yes" I whispered.

"I-it was about harry" I whispered "So what happened in the dream" mione interrupted

"H-h-he was calling my name" I said "What did he say?'' Hermione said, confused. "He said -Ginny how could you leave me, alone with the death eaters? How could you just go and leave me to get tortured?" "What happened next '' Hermione said restlessly "Then a Death Eater dragged Harry, so roughly that his skin was peeling off against the cold hard earth, blood was smeared everywhere. He was screaming, crying my name from the top of his lungs. I tried to run to save him but something was holding me back, I turned to see what it was." ''What was it'' Hermione interrupted again "I-i-it was a dementor, almost about to give me the kiss" "What happened next" Mione gasped. "Then I woke up drenched in sweat. Everything felt so real Mione! It was as if it all really happened to him!" Hermione stood there and looked up at the ceiling thoughtfully. "I might be onto something" She whispered. "Tell me!" I said impatiently. "I need to check though. Tomorrow you're coming with me to Potter Manor to explore that library of theirs." Of course Hermione would find the answers for everything in the library! "Ok" I agreed.

The next morning, I woke up drenched in sweat again with Hermione staring right into my eyes. "So did you have the same nightmare again?" Mione asked. I shook my head. "It was sort of different. He was sleeping but then some Death Eater came and woke him with the Cruciatus Curse. H-He was being t-tortured." I whisper. Hermione hugs me and we go downstairs. I had a little talk with mum and she was super worried about me. She said that she would make me the Dreamless Sleep potion (A/N It is an actual potion) so I could have a good night's sleep. Mum also agreed on going over to the Potter's but I didn't tell her about the library researching. After breakfast we went to Potter Manor and Lily and James welcomed us inside. I said 'hi' to all the House Elves before I joined Hermione in the library. We scanned the shelves and picked out various books and read them. Well we'd find the chapters that we'd think would have information in it. Hermione told me she thought me and Harry had a special bond somehow but she told me no more before looking at the books again. We decided to take a rest and joined my brothers in the Quidditch Pitch. Well I took a rest. Not Hermione. She was extremely determined to find the answer. Ron was extremely suspicious of what I was doing so I gave in and told him in secret. Surprisingly, he joined us. Ron never reads and absolutely despises studying so I was surprised that he wanted to help. When we walked in the library Hermione came running up to me and said "I found what we've been looking for."
