Chapter 32

Zenica Alameda:
Sent a file.
Here's my part.

Caleb Maravilla:
Ang bilis!
Sandali! Hindi pa ako tapos.

Lael Jaxtyn Lozoya:
Thank you, Zen. :)

I stared at his reply and sighed as I rested my head on my study table. I pulled an all-nighter just to finish my part immediately in the hopes of having a conversation with Lael. But I realized that I could send the file in our group chat rather than sending a private message after I finally finished it.

I must've gone mad. When did I have the skill to do that?

For Pete's sake... I even reached a word count I didn't expect I could reach.

I picked my phone up again to type a reply.

Zenica Alameda:
If there are parts that need improvement, just tell me.

Lael Jaxtyn Lozoya:
I will. Salamat, Zenica. :)

Ask me a question! I frustratedly ranted inside my mind. I shouldn't have made sure that the paper I passed was spotless.

Days passed by uneventful.

I tried to greet him during Christmas...

My family and I went overseas for Christmas and New Year.

I thought that the school works will be lighter at the start of the year pero dahil graduating kami, umpisa na 'yon ng lahat ng bigat ng gawain sa school.

We needed to fix our papers, finish our research, and prepare for different upcoming events; mainly the highschool promenade.

For crying out loud! Why did they even consider me?

This witch better stay silent or I'll make sure she participates in the event too.

"Severiano requested. He won't join if you won't be part of it," our teacher said and my cheeks heated up with embarrassment.

Ang unggoy na 'yon!

"May plus ito sa grade mo kaya sumali ka na," she said.

As if I'm after the plus! Kailan pa ako naging grade conscious?
