Agencies started putting out work to sponsor foreign heroes on the Hero Network about quirks they were looking internationally through the new International Hero Exchange Program also known as IHEP. Many young new heroes were very interested in this program and being able to make a name for themselves.
A new young hero moves to Japan to pursue her own hero path in following after her mother who had been a pro hero before her. Living and working with other new young pro hero's and adapting to life in Japan proves to be a challenge in more ways than she thought. Will she able to be the hero she was meant to be? Or will she crumble and fall?
