Anariel (Ahn-na-re-el) is the youngest daughter of Lord Celeborn and Lady Galadriel. Like her mother she posses great power, but unlike most elves she seeks adventure and wants for danger. It burns away at her like an unquenchable thirst, forever filling her mind every moment of her immortal life. 
One day an old friend by the name of Mithrandir, or more commonly known as Gandalf, approaches her and asks her to repay a great debt that she owes him knowing full well she would only be too eager to take on the highly dangerous and suicidal mission that he would set her. With her unlikely companions she takes on challenges great and small staying with them through thick and thin to the very end... An end where she would face the greatest challenge of her life. A challenge she had only witnessed others suffer through with eyes that never truly understood - loss, sorrow and grief.
Her thirst for danger forever remained however, now as an escape than a curiosity. For 6 decades she would suffer through it in silence until her final test in life is revealed. A test that may just finally quench that thirst and dowse the heartache.

She joined the quest of Thorin's dwarven company to have something to do, and she quickly became a part of their group. After a long and arduous journey but still a far away from the mountain they stumble into trouble. And whom is there to save her, but a certain Mirkwood prince with long blond hair and a pair of startling blue eyes. With one of them bursting with light, and the other filled with darkness their story will be anything but easy. Caladhiel had been born in the Northern Mountains of Middle Earth. She'd always been hot headed, passionate and brave. Her father was the leader of their clan and they were the elves that protected the North. On a faithful battle her home was destroyed by the Orcs and she was the only surviver of her clan. She was found by Galadriel, almost dying and she took her under her care and protection. Caladhiel was moved to Rivendell and was put under Elrond's care, he taught her how to behave in court, how to address herself to nobles and most important of all how to be a proper lady suitable for marriage. Causing far too much trouble for Elrond in Rivendell the young elven princess of the North is moved to Mirkwood in order to be taught how to behave and leave her warrior ways behind. Caladhiel hates being told what to do but as soon as her eyes catch the Elven King's her world is about to be turned upside down.
