You're sealing my lips shut
By making me bleed
You're sealing things together
By stitching the seams
You say you're doing good
Doing the good deed
But even if you're stapling the papers together
You're losing the bits of paper, it seems.

My lashes were long and lush
You'd say your worries, they brush
Little did you know the weight of the breaths I skipped, so heavy
Made them arch, so curly.
~~~
~~~
Oh, so sad, my mess is your art.
The broken pieces of me, make me bleed
the droplets of sleepless nights make a pretty chart.
So sad, as a whole, I m undead, like a seed.
(I need to break my shell to be beautiful, to be alive.)

~~~
Pumpkin spice latte,
Sunset sorrows
You kiss me and I melt
Like it's no tomorrow.
~~~

~~~
Bed was supposed to be comfortable
Not the battlefield of emotions divided by pillows
Or cold when you're sitting by the window, weeping with the willow.
~~~

~~~
If the pillow is god's cloud
I think they cry on it every summer
Waiting for that lover
Flooding the cloud with sad memories and emotions
Then the time comes, when just like them,
the clouds can't bear the weight
And lets the downpour wash away our sorrow.
but we hide our tears behind the shower,
just like they did.
~~~
Even if you capture the peppermint skies
With me in the picture, the bubblegum smile
it'll still be in the hues of black and blue, of dark and due, I m positive
'Cause my darling, you can't paint a picture out of a film negative.
~~~
~~~
My coffee breaths left stains on your salty window glass
Now I am stained and my wounds sting, alas.
~~~
~~~
If lemons leave ripples down my soul
Will my body read the dulcet lullaby
or fuscous lies,
written in invisible ink?
