while unknown people wearing black suits surround Atsushi and Ranpo unconscious in her arms, Atsushi's eyes are full of terror and fear while her full attention is on one person she is facing. now. it can be noticed in her body that she is trembling with fear and her hug on Ranpo's body is tighter

she does not know what is happening now, but she feels these people have bad intentions towards her. she felt their eyes glare at her while the guns just pointed at her as if she was going to be shot for a few seconds

Atsushi's eyes glowed with anger, she was trying to be brave for Ranpo, she was the only one left awake now and she had to make a way to escape

she also can't call on the phone now because everything will only get worse, she just worries because maybe everyone in the Agency now is also panicking because they still haven't come back until now, and worse they might not be able to get out of this hell

"how are you, Atsushi~kun?" asked a man wearing a long and white lab coat that reached up to his leg, with a sweet in his voice but scary

Atsushi's eyes just kept glaring at him who also growled loudly while still holding Ranpo's body

"what do you need, Dr. Nemoto?" Atsushi asked the man whose name was Nemoto

Nemoto just hummed and tapped his chin, and he soon smirked at Atsushi

"aren't you glad to see me? we haven't seen each other for a few years after you ran away and suddenly disappeared. Do you think this old man is not worried? or should we say your father?" Nemoto chuckled

Nemoto was Atsushi's adopted father, even when she was young. all her life she only lived in an orphanage, there. she thought her life would be fine, she had friends she always had with her even when she slept, she ate well without thinking about problems, and she could do whatever she wanted

for her, it was okay for her to live in an orphanage even though she already knew when she came out of this world. she no longer has a parent there for her, to raise her and support her

she will admit that she was angry at first because her parents left her, she felt her parents just betrayed her and just threw her in a trash can and lived happily without worrying about her. but on her fifth birthday she understood little by little why her parents left her

maybe because her parents were too poor and did not have the money to raise her so they just left her aside. she can do nothing if that is the reason. it may also be for her own good. so when she grew up little by little, she did not think that danger awaited her

so when her tenth birthday came, the nuns and the others in charge of the orphanage began to abuse Atsushi, not feeding her even though she was doing nothing wrong, torturing her several times, and worse. is that she was raped repeatedly
