Author~chan's POV~

"R-Ranpo-san!" Atsushi's shout circled inside their office which is also the reason why others looked at her with shock expression especially Ranpo who was just saying all the information that happened to the two of them

their eyes also fell on Yosano and Kyouka who were behind Atsushi who panted several times and tried to catch their breath. and they think they already know why they are like this. 

they think that Atsushi fled to the infirmary even though she was sick and did not have the strength and just came here to their office while shouting Ranpo's name

Atsushi saw the awkward silence around her, she stumbled towards Ranpo who was sitting on the floor while the rest of his colleagues surrounded him. she did not pay attention to others who tried to stop her and convinced her to return to the infirmary to rest, especially Yosano who tried to pull her back, but she resisted all that.

all she has in mind now is the state of her senpai and how she will explain everything that happened, and that is a big problem for her, how can she explain if all that Ranpo has already guessed? what if he found out about the people in black suits and Dr. Nemoto?

what if he found out that, that crazy Doctor wanted to take her again and bring her back to that mansion and try to experiment with her ability again?

she could no longer handle that and even more she did not want everyone else to know that, what she just could not understand, in the past year she had forgotten about Dr. Nemoto and about what she went through. she started living happily with the members of the Agency that she also considered a real family, but why did he have to go back to her life?! to destroy her dignity again? to experiment with her ability?!

there were many unanswered questions in her mind. she did everything to gather all the information about her past. but even a single damn answer she can't get!

several times she looked at all the information about the members from which she came from the orphanage and about Dr. Nemoto, no matter what minute or hour she always tries to find all the information that she wants to know, even if she stays at their agency all night and only with Kyouka

she did not stop searching, even though her hands and whole body were tired, she ignored all those pains because she knew she still had hope to find and gather that information.

but, she did not expect the person who ruined her life return so soon just to ruin her life again

"Ranpo-san, are you okay? is there anything wrong with you?" Atsushi's questions immediately bombarded Ranpo while trying to see if he had a wound

Atsushi's hands roamed Ranpo's whole body still looking for a wound, her eyes showing fear and terror as if she had seen a ghost but she just could not say because of fear. others also noticed the wear-tiger's expression, especially her weird gestures

Dazai who had previously remained silent in front of Ranpo, his eyes showing seriously as he looked at Atsushi, he will admit that when Atsushi entered their office recently, he felt that she was hiding something that he could not read . it will be noticed in her eyes that it is full of fear and trepidation

as well as her movements, even in the past day he saw Atsushi acting weird, she even trying to change the topic when they were talking about her femininity

They all know that Atsushi will not be comfortable about what they are talking about, but Dazai's expression on Atsushi is different, she seems to hate and disgusted when they talk about her personality

that Dazai really thinks that Atsushi is hiding a lot that they do not know

'hate, disgust?' those two letters imprinted on Dazai's mind, and those two letters he also sees in Atsushi's expression

his eyes returned to Atsushi who was now being dragged by Yosano and Kyouka, but Atsushi did not seem to really want to leave, her feet already dragged and her hands tied in soft clothes so that she could not escape, but her shouting grew louder

"NO! NO! I still need to talk to Ranpo-san!" she shouted as she tried to get out of Yosano's hands

"Atsushi, you need to calm down! Ranpo-san is fine so you don't have to worry" Tanizaki says trying to calm the restless wear-tiger just like his sister Naomi

Atsushi's head just shook over and over again without stopping, still refusing to listen to others. her hands trying to escape from the tight rope of the cloth and trying to push everything blocking her

"R-Ranpo-san, listen to me! sorry if because of me you almost got hurt, I promise it will never happen again!" Atsushi blurted at Ranpo not far from her

Ranpo's eyes widened in shock when he saw that Atsushi was like this, he felt his heart ache in pain as if someone is stabbing him over and over

he felt he could not move in his place while staring at Atsushi who had a pitying expression like the others

"huh?" Ranpo immediately snapped his head when he felt something pat on his shoulder, his eyes went up and he saw Dazai standing by his side

Dazai just gave a sweet smile and slowly approached Atsushi

"Tell me Atsushi-kun, are you hiding something from us all?" Dazai asked seriously as he also lost 'chan' when he mentioned Atsushi's name

"h-hiding?" Atsushi repeated what Dazai asked her, her eyes slowly looked into Dazai's eyes, but before she could completely look at Dazai's brown eyes, she felt her body weigh too much as if there was an invisible stone behind her.

and less than a few seconds later she saw that she was kneeling on the floor still staring into Dazai's serious eyes, that there was still no letter coming out of her lip

"I h-have n-nothing to h-hide from all of you" says Atsushi trying not to stutter

Dazai just hummed dissatisfied with the wear-tiger's answer, he slowly approached Atsushi and tapped her neck, and for a few seconds Atsushi's body fell to the floor with a loud 'THUMB'

"if you can't tell us, Ranpo-san will tell us what you are hiding" he remarked and looked at Ranpo

"so tell me Ranpo-san, what happened to you two and what Atsushi-kun is hiding"
