Third person's point of view,

Back at the start point, Rin and Obito settled down to sleep, as Minato kept watch, Kakashi laying down got comfortable was startled by Kuroo using his stomach as a pillow. "what are you--?!" he started, "Shh! You owe me this much, now don't move, I need my sleep," she said and closed her eyes, she was asleep within seconds. Kakashi looked up at Minato, who peered down at them with a restrained smile on his face. "I wouldn't move if I were you. She's a light sleeper," Minato warned when Kakashi tried to speak.

Kakashi laying back, used his arm as a pillow while the other lay over his chest, blocking Kuroo's face from his view, knowing he'd stay up staring at her all night if he didn't. But as sleep took him, he untucked his arm from under his head, and it lay draped over her shoulder, his other slid to her forehead, the back of his hand pressing to it softly, setting a soothing warmth there. Kuroo, feeling it, snuggled closer. Her hand actively searching it out. Holding his hand and pulling it closer, Kuroo fell into a deeper sleep.

About 3 hours later, Obito couldn't sleep anymore, moving to sit with Minato, "Hm? What's up?" Minato looked at Obito as he sat, "I... I know teamwork is important... But... when Kakashi keeps belittling me, always rubbing my nose in my lack of discipline... err... no. What I mean is, I might be born into the elite Uchiha Clan... like Kuroo, but I'm just a washout... I know that Kakashi is an awesome guy. I acknowledge that, but..." Obito said, but then couldn't figure out what to say next,

"Well... Kakashi's father is Sakumo, the genius ninja feared as the White Fang of Konoha. In his time, the 'Three Great Shinobi' of Konoha legend paled beside him." Minato explained, "Growing up beside a man like that... it's hardly a surprise that Kakashi's standards for others are unnaturally high." Minato said, knowing of Sakumo, "The White Fang... come to think of it, I'm sure I've heard of him. He's some hero who saved the village and died in the line of duty," Obito said only half right though,

"Funny, I've never heard Kakashi say a word about him..." Obito added Minato found it difficult to explain, "He was a great man, revered by everyone... including, of course, Kakashi. That is, until the incident..." this confused Obito, "Incident?" he asked. "Maybe it's not my place to tell you the story, but since you're Kakashi's teammate, I want you to know." Minato said, and Obito's brows furrowed in worry, "What happened?" "Kakashi's father was vilified, and in the end, he took his own life." Minato said.

Obito gasped, "It was five years ago, on a top-secret mission... he led a cell behind enemy lines. There, he was forced into a difficult decision. It was a toss-up between completing the mission and saving the lives of his cell members." Minato explained, keeping as much deep detail out of it as possible, "Obviously, it's against the law of our village to abandon any mission... but he put his comrades above the task at hand." Minato said, his deep penetrating blue eyes on Obito as he spoke,

"Unfortunately, a great deal of damage resulted. In the end, both the land of fire and his peers blamed him for everything. As if that weren't bad enough, even the people whom he rescued turned against him and slandered him. Well, all but one." Minato said, then looked at Kuroo. "Kuroo?" Obito asked, and Minato nodded, "They led teams, each one taking 50% of the others'. Her team finished their task and completed their half of the mission, but his side didn't." Minato explained.

"Even with her strong defence of him, the whole ordeal caused his body and soul to deteriorate, and Sakumo took his life... since that day, Kakashi has never spoken of his father... and has devoted himself to the laws and regulations of the village." Minato finished, "Obito... please understand... even just a little. Kakashi means well." after their talk, Minato left Obito to think everything over.

The next morning, Kakashi woke to Kuroo almost curled up on his chest, her whole torso was on him, and her knees were curled into his side. His arm was numb from her head laying on it, and he couldn't feel his fingers as she clutched them tightly, "Kuroo," Kakashi called, the pins and needles in his arm starting to hurt, "Kuroo," he called a bit louder, but she swatted him in the face, "Oh!" he grunted as his head hit the ground, "Sensei, help!" Kakashi called as she wiggled even higher onto him,

She now lay completely on him and basically used him as a body-sized pillow. His arms pinned to his sides, and one of them pressed to the length of her body and squished between her breasts, as one of her legs wrapped around his, making it a very compromising position, but a good laugh for Obito and light chuckle for Minato. Wiggling to try and escape, Minato rushed to stop him, "Careful, remember she's still hurt," he said, which caused Kakashi to freeze. "Kakashi, the human body pillow," Obito chuckled.

"I'm going to beat you when I get free," Kakashi snarled, and Obito laughed even more. "Oh, I wish I had a camera, no one would believe me," Kakashi scoffed, "You think you'll live if you take a picture, Kuroo will kill you if you try," Obito flinched and shuddered, "you have a point," Obito said instead of arguing, which surprised Kakashi, as well as Rin, "Why is everyone so loud in the morning," Kuroo mumbled, sitting up she was still on Kakashi only now she loomed over him, looking around she wondered why it looked different than when she fell asleep,

"Um, Kuroo, do you mind?" Kakashi said from under her, looking down at him, she frowned, "sorry, I'm used to napping with Itachi, and he's a huge snuggle bug. I must be so used to another person's body heat that I used yours to keep warm," she said getting up. Kakashi following slowly after, getting hit with a bit of a dizzy spell, Kuroo stumbled, and Kakashi moved on reflex to catch her, hissing in pain as he accidentally caught her bad side he instantly started to apologize,

"It's fine, knock it off, I'm not that delicate," she growled, and he nodded as Rin started to redress Kuroo's wound. "Kakashi, I need your help," Rin called as the silver-haired boy pulled on his bag, moving over to the girls, Rin instructed him to hold Kuroo's hair out of the way, Rin not wanting Kuroo to move and stretch her wound, Kakashi looked to Kuroo for permission to touch her, and she waved her hand for him to do as he was told. "I apologize if I accidentally pull hair," he warned, and she nodded,

Slipping his hands by her neck, he scooped up handfuls of her hair; putting all of it into one hand, he held it like a low ponytail then raised his arm to lift it out of the way. "Thanks, Kakashi, that's perfect." Rin said, and she got to work.
