CHAPTER 5

Josh's POV

Nasa room ako ngayon, and I'm waiting for Keziah's face. Not that I miss her, but I want to annoy her. Grabe ang tagal nya. Nasan na ba sya.

"Hoy, Dre?"-Paul

"Nagulat naman ako Dre."

"Sino ba naman kasi ang hinihintay mo dyan"?

"Of course si keziah."

"Ikaw hah, Dre, parang may pagtingin ka na kay keziah, huh?"

"Of course not. Like who she is. You know what, I just want to kick her out here in campus. Yun lang Yun. I never fall in love to her. Kahit i-carved nyo pa sa bato. "

"Sinabi mo ehh ok."

"Yes, I marked my words."

"Kaya nga. Saka if you fall in love with her. Paano na si Cassy? How are you going to explain this to her?"

"Yahh, I never forget those promises.".

Sa tagal ng paghihintay ko kay Keziah. Dumating si dean para mag-announce.

"Good morning, students."

"Good morning, Dean."

"So the audition for a new member of a different club is now officially open. All you have to do is consult with the club adviser. You are free to choose your club, but make sure you are fitted to that club. What I mean is that your skills are suited to that club. Ok, so for more questions, just visit the bulletin board. Goodbye."

Dre, why are you late?

"Ehhh, kasi my mom sermons me, that's why I'm late now. So why are you guys asking?"

"Dahil hindi mo naabutan"

"Ang alin"

"Audition for the club. Para sa event next week."

"Ahhh, wehh, that's good. So where's the audition room located?"

"I dunno. I-check na lang daw sa bulletin."

"Ahhh, ok, so what club are we going to join?"

"Singing, dancing. Basta kahit ano na."

Naguusap pa kami ng dumating si Ms. Lavaro. Masungit yan lalo na kung Hindi ka nakakasagot sa mga question nya. Mapapalabas ka talaga sa kahihiyan. Marami na ngang beses na napaiyak nya mga classmate ko, because of her attitude. But of course I didn't cry for her. Ano sya rules? Syempre kami lang naman ang nagpapasweldo sa kanya Kaya, she doesn't have the power to sermonize me.
Who is she to do that? Kaya naman kapag, she's transformed into a lion. I'm the one who calms her. Hindi naman ako ganun kasama para pabayaan ang mga classmate ko.

Discuss. Discuss Discuss. Iyan lang ginawa ni, ma'am. Pag dating talaga sa kanya nabobored ako. Not because I don't like her curriculum. Actually, I liked science. I don't know why I'm not interesting to her. Maybe because I can't feel her presence. You know. She always entered the room without smiling. Her lips are always pouted and frowning.
Yung kanyang personality ay laging galit. Hayssttt, hindi na ako magtataka kung bakit maraming galit na students sa kanya. After na makaalis na si ma'am lavaro. Chi-neck na namin yung room ng audition sa bulletin. And yun sa mga different rooms club pala. Kaya, we go there for the audition.

Nandito na kami sa audition room para mag-audience, of course. Singing room ito. Mahilig ako sa music. I played piano, guitar, violin, and ukelele. Most of the time, pop music is yung kinakanta ko. I really loved pop music. Mahilig din naman ako sa iba pang different genre, but pop talaga genre ko. Sa tagal ko na dito sa SVIS, ngayon ko lang naisipan na mag audition. They know me as a bully and a brat. But they didn't know me, na kumakanta ako. Let's see kung mamangha sila sa kanta ko. I hope they appreciate it.
