I got an iPad Mini yesterday ^_^
I'm using it right now to make this entry actually!
I bought it mainly so I could type notes during class and stuff because my regular laptop is uber heavy (well not really, it's like 1-2kg but when you have to carry that on top of having to carry a binder and a wide range of textbooks and sketch books, it gets bloody heavy!)
I haven't taken it to school yet but I am really excited to!
I bought it with the money I have earned over the past 8 months doing random things for people so I feel pretty accomplished. It's nice to treat yourself sometimes :)
It also means that I would be able to update my stories on a more regular basis as it is a lot easier to type out stories on here than on my iPhone when my laptop isn't around.
I could even update my main stories during class! GUYS IM UNSTOPPABLE!
Speaking of my laptop not being around, my laptop charger legitimately caught on fire a couple of days ago. There are no lies here.
I plugged it in like I normally do what my laptop battery is running low and it wasn't charging my laptop... So I tried jiggling it around in the socket on my computer and it didn't do anything... Anyways when I looked back over at the box thingy part (I completely forgot the word for it because it's 10pm and I've had a long day at school) of the charger and it was smoking like crazy!
Thank god I noticed it otherwise I reckon the house would have burnt down
The cable had burnt straight through so I had to order a new one... But it won't be sent til next week... So I don't have a laptop til then and that means I can't upload to my YouTube channel which makes me sad....
But with the lack of Internet and editing software access I now have time to catch up on my study notes for school and to do some of my assignments....
Maybe it was gods way of saying that I got shit to do
