"It's In the woods behind the field it's this secret place that you have to be invited to unless you're on the baseball team" Chloe spoke about the Clubhouse on the stand "and who invited you?" Dennis asked Chloe

"Bryce" she said "when you got to the clubhouse do you remember what happened next?" He asked her I look up at Zach as he rested his hand on my knee slightly squeezing it for reassurance

"a little" she said shrugging "just tell us what you can" he spoke Chloe exhaled a breathe she was holding "um it's uh it's kind of a blur" she nervously said

"we-we listened to music and then we um we started drinking and smoking pot" Chloe said "so do you remember these photos being taken?" Dennis asked

"no" she said softly shaking her head "so you don't remember having sex with Bryce Walker?" I swallowed the lump in my throat as Chloe just looked at Bryce

"um" is all she said "Chloe you don't remember having sex with Bryce walker?" He asked again "no I- - I do I remember" Chloe said I let out a shaky breath

"you remember what?" Denis asked "we had sex" Chloe said I shake my head rubbing my face

"but you.. you don't remember Bryce asking for your consent correct?" Denis asked
"No I.. I do I remember that now" Chloe said "we were drinking so I had forgotten but...but I wanted to" Chloe said

I walked out of the court room crossing my arms I spot Jessica and walk up to her I wrap my arms around her as we tightly hug each other "this is so fucked up" I say my voice breaking "I know" she said as we pull away and Justin walks up to us looking at me and Jess with tears in his eyes as he pulls both of us into a hug

I hurried and ran down stairs of the Jensens house and met with Justin hoping in the car "where are we going" I ask "Clay needs us" Justin said I nod quickly putting on my seat belt   as Justin takes off

We pull into a drive way Bryces drive way to be more specific "what the hell?" I ask as I see Clay walking up it we park and quickly get out of clays car "Clay what are you doing?" Justin loudly ask

"where did you get that?" I ask looking at the gun in Clays hand "get out of my way guys" Clay said "come on Clay this is fucking Crazy" Justin said I stood next to him but a little bit behind him as an instinct

"no ones gonna get Justice for her" Clay said going to walk towards us but only gets stopped by Justin walking in front of him "hey come on Hey!" Justin yelled Clay backs up frantically and holds the gun up at Justin "move!" Clay yells my breathing starts getting heavier

"Clay" I say slowly walking to be beside Justin just in case "I talked to Jessica today she wants me to testify" Justin shouted to him I could tell he was nervous at the gun being pointed at him but he tried being calm

"bullshit no she doesn't" Clay said extremely hurt and angry and I soon realized this isn't about Jessica anymore he's doing this for Hannah

"yes I swear she does" Justin yelled slowly getting closer to Clay to grab the gun "so you'll just run away or fucking overdose again?" He asked

"Clay come on" I say looking at him with pleading eyes as he looks to me "Don't you want this?" He asked me "no Clay I don't want anyone to get hurt" I say "he fucking raped you twice" Clay yelled

"I can't count on anyone else anymore I have to do this myself" Clay spoke "you don't have to do this yourself we can get him tomorrow" Justin yelled at him "I need to do it now" he shouted waving the gun around as he speaks
