I walk or somewhat run into the library where Alex was sitting alone I slowed down and took a deep breath and walked over to him "sorry I lost track of time in the gym" I say sitting down

"it's okay" he said looking around worried "what?" I ask leaning closer to him" confused "they found drugs in Bryces car" Alex quietly said "okay why are you so worried?" I ask shrugging "steroids kensley they found steroids" Alex whispered

"oh shit" I say "Yeah" he said "dude is that your dad?" I ask pointing out the library doors "shit let's go" he said we both quickly stand up walking out the library

"hey dad what you doing here?" Alex asked his dad was speaking to Mr.Bolan the shitty principal at liberty "hey kiddo I'm just checking things out doing a little locker search" he said Alex nod and we walked away we saw Justin and Jessica and walked over to them

"you guys heads up if you have shit in your lockers they're doing a search" Alex said looking between the two "yeah they already did the football team" Justin said "no my dads still here they'll do the whole school I promise" Alex said "well I've got nothing to hide" Justin said leaning against the lockers

"well good for you" Alex spat grabbing my wrist and walking away "kens I have shit in my locker" Alex said "oh my god Alex you don't put drugs on property that can be searched at any time that's like rule number one" I say

"thanks kens" he said rolling his eyes as we get to his locker and he rummaged through it pulling out a red bag "what are you gonna do with it?" I ask as he walked to the trash can "no Alex they will find it give it to" I ask

"hell no not after yesterday's are you fucking crazy" he whisper shouted "Alex let me help you please I know where to hide them" I say "fine" he said handing them to me I quickly walk off when them in between my binder

I get to the girls locker room and open the bag "what the hell Alex" I say looking at all the shit "kensley" I hear I slam the bag shout and my head snaps over to see who called my name only to see my brother standing there

"Jesus Justin what are you doing in here?" I shout "I was following you and Alex cause I wanted to see what he was hiding what is that?"he asked I put it behind my back "nothing" I say quickly "give it to me" he said walking towards me I back up

"no leave me alone" I shout "kens give it to me" he said I was fully backed up into the corner and Justin pulled my arm out from behind me and took it

"give it back stay out of Alex's shit" I shout "to late kens" he said laughing as he walked out the locker room with Alex stuff I'm in deep shit

The lunch bell rand and I quickly made my way to the lunch room I spot Alex and go over to him "hey" I say "hey where did you put the shit?" He asked I looked around nervously

"yeah about that-" I say and as I do Clay and Ani sit down laying the red bag out in front of me and Alex "what the hell kens you gave it to them" he shouted to me angry ever since he's been doing steroids he would get like this just burst of anger it can be scary sometimes

"n-no j-Justin he took it from me he's like 6 times stronger than me I'm sorry" I say shifting nervously looking down at my hands "this is fucked up this is an invasion of privacy" Alex said loudly

"he took it from his sister" Clay defended Justin "fuck Justin!" Alex yelled slamming a hand down on the table I flinched back out of fear "he's gonna eat people out about drugs? Really?" He shouts "are you...are you okay?" Clay asked

"are you? Are you okay Ani how about you kens are you?" Alex asked "fuck you guys" he shouted making us all flinch back "Alex" ani quietly said  trying to calm him down "just-just don't tel my dad okay?" Alex calmly and quietly spoke "is this about Bryce?" Clay asked

I noticed Alex glance over at me out of the corner of my eye I didn't look at him the way he got angry reminded me of Seth and I felt as if I was back in that moment again feeling scared and not being able to fight him off 

"no I didn't buy from Bryce Luke hooked me up with a guy" Alex responded looking back to the two in front of him "but why?" Ani asked "why do you think? Just look at me" Alex asked getting angry again "I think you're very handsome I think you're I think you're adorable" Ani spoke kindly "yeah well you're the one girl in this county that would go for a skinny sad kid and you went for Clay so" Alex replied to Anis statement

"I'm gonna let that go because you're under stress" Clay said "wouldn't you have done anything to have Hannah love you back? To choseyou over Zach or stupid Justin" Alex asked I hated the fact that my best friend and brother hated each other so much over a girl

"even before I shot myself it's like the pieces never worked and they're never going to" Alex continued

he looked over at me and placed a hand on my shoulder I flinched as he did he looked at me confused "are you okay?" He asked I nod "y-yeah" I say looking around at everyone "are you sure?" Clay asked "yeah im fine" I say
