i walked over to the machines and started my work out i put in headphone and began pushing myself like no other i figured this would help relive some anger and maybe sadness since justin took all my shit  i needed to find a new way to cope

an hour into my work out the door opened again i look over and see Zach he stopped and talked to Tony i couldn't hear what they were saying but Tony pointed in the back and then over to me and Zach gave a smile he waved by to him and used his crutches to make his way over to me i stop my treadmill and catch my breath taking a drink of water

"well hey there foley" he said to me i smile "hello dempsey" i say "what are you doing?" he asked i look around "oh you know homework um some reading" i say in a duh tone motioning to the work out machines beside me he pushed my shoulder back "you're a jerk" he said i shake my head "did you walk here?" he asked i nodded "uh yeah from school" i said he nodded "well do you want a ride home?" he asked

"that would be great" i smile i walk away to go grab all my stuff and we both make our way to his car i throw my stuff in the back seat and hop in the passenger side luckily for Zach when his knee got broken it was the opposite one he used for driving so his doctor cleared him to drive as long as he was carful of course

he started the car and placed a hand on my thigh and i placed mine on top of it i smiled down at it and looked up at him i could feel the butterflies erupting in my stomach he pulled up to my house and i smiled up at him "thank you for the ride" i say he moved his hand up to my cheek "any time ken's" he said his eyes looked down at my lips we both started slowly closing the gap between us until my lips brushed up against his softly

we both pulled away smiling with a small tint of blush on both of our faces "do you want to come in?" i asked hoping he was say yes he looked over at the house "your folks won't mind?" he asked i shake my head "no they love you" i say "okay" he said my smile got bigger if that's even possible i opened the door and grabbed my bag from the back

i closed the door and waited for Zach to grab his crutches we made our way up the cement stairs and into the house i drop my bag down by all the shoes and coats and walk into the living room to see Lanie and Matt watching tv Zach followed behind

"hey ken's i didn't know you were bringing Zach home" Lanie said as she stood up to give him a hug "yeah it was kinda random is it okay? we were just gonna do some homework and hangout?" i ask "of course keep the door open tho" she said i smile "yeah yeah" i said as i quickly made my way upstairs Zach following my room was a disaster but i didn't care it's not like he hadn't seen it worse he made his way up "holy shit ken's you're room is messy" he said i give him a look

"sorry my mommy doesn't clean it for me" i tease he shook his head and sat on my bed "the cops came here last night" i say looking at my room he looked at me confused "the had a warrant to search the house that's why it's a mess" i said sitting next to him "why?" he asked laying back i turn to him "i don't know i think about clay but they took my laptop and did this" i laughed shaking my head looking around

tears were almost brimming my eyes probably from being so tired and the stress i blinked them away quickly "come here" he said pulling my down to him so i'm on his chest his hands go to my hair softly playing with it i was asleep in no time

Kensley POV
the homecoming game was intense to say the least i was in the stands cheering on my boyfriend it was half time and the cheerleaders were performing i everyone was cheering as halftime show was over all the boys were running back on to the field high giving each other and cheering each other on

we were playing Bryce's team our rivals the horn blared and the crowd got quiet watching the play my attention was drawn to a group of people running onto the field i look closer and realize it's jessica and her group she started

"hey hey ho ho rape culture has got to go" they chanted together over and over jess had a megaphone and ani was out there too caring a paint can i was confused at what they were doing they all started stripping to their bras and underwear holding a banner up everyone stole their and watched they began taking paint and making red hand prints all over their bodies

Tyler was down their taking pictures the security came on the field trying to get them off pulling girls the other football team started coming up behind them i already knew this wasn't gonna be good Ani ran off the field and security began getting ruff with the girls jess stood her ground with her hand up yelling the chant some hillcrest boys come up and say something to her she snapped at them

a hillcrest dude came up behind jess and grabbed her boobs and that's when shit broke loose all the football boys ran out and began fighting each other i tried to look for Zach but couldn't tell which one was him it was all happening so fast
