🌺 A Hybrid's Hierarchy🌺 (Steven x fem reader)

(Y/n)'s POV

I was the last to walk into the palace and all I could hear was squealing and whispering as we walked down the hallway.
We took a turn and entered a ballroom.

I was standing in a room double the size of the homeworld academy's assembly hall. The walls were made of pure glass and the skirting board was solid. The floor was polished marble and the main attraction was the throne of the diamond himself. He wasn't sat upon it however, I wondered where he was and a couple other girls did too. The throne was in the shape of a pink diamond, decorated with white, pink and red roses, all of them intertwined between ivy and speckled with gold leaf.

Girls started to chatter amongst themselves when lavender spoke up:
"Girls, please stand side by side as you wait for your diamond to greet you"
We all began to line up beside each other,I stood at the end of the line,closest to the main exit but farthest from the entrance.
Suddenly, the room was silenced by the somewhat deep, smooth voice of a teenage boy:

"Morning,girls."

A few of the girls gasped but I just thought to myself,

HOLY CRAP,WHY IS HIS VOICE SO GOD DAMN HOT!!!

I had to know who the voice belonged to, I turned my head and saw a boy who looked not much older than me. I know who he is,everybody knows who he is.

It was none other than Steven Universe,no doubt about it.

He looked about 16-17, he had hair as dark as chocolate and earrings of pure silver in one ear. He wore denim jeans and black t-shirt with a marigold star in the middle, paired nicely with a hot pink varsity jacket and coral coloured sandals. The most noticeable feature of his were his eyes, not only did they sparkle like a curious child's but the iris of his eyes were a flaming fuchsia and his pupils took the shape of diamonds.

"Welcome to my humble abode!" He exclaimed,throwing up his hands playfully.
"Now, I can assure you that I know all of you. I have this thing where I feel like I need to know absolutely everything all the time and that's why I'm always so busy and can never visit wonderful people like you as much as I want to! As you can see here, this small pad actually holds the information of all 8 billion people on this planet. I know this was a long time ago,however,can anyone remember what needed to be said when a quartz soldier asked for your information?" He spoke very quickly but pronounced every single word with grace and fluency at the same time.

Nobody answered his question, so I decided to speak up:
"Full name, age, height and facet, I believe" I recited, immediately doubting myself afterwards.
"Correct, what an impeccable memory you have," He replied
"T-Thank you, my diamond" I muttered.
"Please, call me Steven and you are most welcome" He said with a smile of pure compassion and confidence.
I felt myself blushing and begged for the attention to be on someone else in my head. luckily Steven began to speak again, bringing all the attention to himself again.
"Since I know you all already,feel free to ask me any question you'd like"
This time,Katy (6X3) spoke first
"Am I dreaming?" She asked.

"Life is the one of the most versatile dreams of all,is it not? As a lucid dreamer, it's up to you to decide whether this dream your stranded in is a fantasy or nightmare"

His response left Katy speechless, and a few others too. Listening to his response made me feel a way I had never felt before, I wanted to sit with him and talk for hours about absolutely everything,just listening to what he thought of the world.
Jasmine (9Y6) was the next to ask questions,
"Do you have superpowers!" She giggled in excitement.
"Well, I wouldn't call them superpowers but based off the definition, yes I do."
Someone from further down the line called out:
"Show us!"
Everyone else wanted to see it too.
"If you insist," Steven agreed, rolling his eyes comically.
