Steven's POV
I sat up as soon as they left and waited until they had left the palace to get dressed.
It's funny how he's so used to me sharing my thoughts with him that he's forgotten...
I can hear everything too.
Because of Zach, I know exactly where they are, what they're planning and who they're with. I'm not surprised they picked the name Scarlet-Rose
The sky was Scarlet.
My favourite flower is a Rose.
I got dressed and put my headphones on. I thought of my situation and picked the perfect song.

As I walked down the hall, the music started:
Something bad is 'bout to happen to me...
Hell yeah, it is.
I couldn't be bothered to eat so I walked straight past the kitchen, heading straight for the surveillance room.
I don't know what but I feel it coming.

I checked the history on where in the city (Y/n) and Zach (well on the record it says me) are right now.

I don't know why I kept that dumb city, I should have burned it down before it got the chance to grow, but it makes me look good so I'll keep it. As for the car wash, it was abandoned 3 years ago, and anyone that worked there lost their job.
It was pretty easy to drag down the place.
All you have to do is if the owner (in this case my dad) passes away, you can take over and just get rid of the shop.
And if their not dead then I guess you've gotta wait...
Or you could just speed up the process with a gun.

That piece of crap knew I liked her and took her from me.
I left the room and headed straight for the weapon room.
Once inside, I looked around at the variety of weapons and took my pick.
A dagger that can extend into a sword and a gun.
The dagger was shaped like a diamond and was pink with gold detailing of beautiful roses, but when extended it turns to a white sword with a pink diamond at the bottom and a handle made of pure gold, a vine spiralling around the handle. The gun was jet black with Rose and thorn detailing etched into the smooth metal.
I looked closely at the silver muzzle of the gun and noticed a dark red speckled all over it.
What a coincidence, it's the same gun as last time.
First Greg, now Zach.
As I headed down the hall, I passed jasper and spoke to her.
"Jasper"
"Yes, my diamond?"
"How quick can you assemble an army of 50?"
"Uuuh, it depends on what you want in there"
"10 ruby guards, 10 Double topaz, 20 quartz soldiers, 10 of them amethysts 10 of them jaspers and 8 Lapis Lazuli."
"I can do that my diamond, but what about the two spaces left in the army? You asked for 50 gems
but listed 48"
"For the last two bring me a sapphire and the bubble with my old pearl inside, we'll need her too"

I sat beside the bathtub and dripped each diamond essence into the water, then licked my finger and dipped it into the bath.
Even without Zach I could still use a few of my powers and healing was one of them.
I unbubbled the pearl and submerged her shards into the water, holding them together to make it easier to heal.
She reformed with a gasp and stared at me, a confused look in her eyes.
"W-Where am I!" She stuttered.
Oh good, I knew she'd forget.
"Tell me pearl, do you remember our fight?" I asked calmly.
"F-Fight? It's forbidden for a pearl to ever harm their diamond! Why would I do that!" She stammered, shocked.
"Just wondering" I responded.
I learned when I was younger that when a gem is being pieced back together after shattering, you must always remember the smallest piece or the gem can only remember basic rules of its purpose.
I leaned over into the bath and picked up the tiny pearl shard and shoved it into my pocket.
I headed for the hall where I said I wanted the army to line up and just as I expected, they were all lined up. I stood in front of the troop and spoke.
"I'm dearly sorry for gathering you all on such short notice but I am in danger and are not sure how long I'll last," I said in a devastating tone.
The gems before me gasped with a worried look on their faces.
"Navy Sapphire?" I called
"Yes my diamond" she responded calmly
"What do you see in the future?" I asked
She paused for a while and soon after tears began to gently stream down her expressionless face.
"W-Well, on Friday 15th of August a large troop of rebels will come to attack. You accept the battle and we begin to fight, the fight is hard and it seems like we are winning...B-But a rebel named Scarlet-Rose is my shatterer, therefore, I can see no further into the future. I'm sorry, my diamond." She muttered the last part.
I knelt down and hugged her.
"Don't be sorry, those rebels are savages! And I needed to hear the future because we are going to change it! Now we know that they are planning to attack on Friday, my 18th birthday!"
"If they want a fight we'll give them a fight!" I yelled
The gems all cheered excitedly and a smile spread across Navy's face.
